It was my daughters idea to begin with. She said it was the best product out there so that's why I got it. I haven't had to use it, but it has been set off before and until someone contacted me and asked me if I needed medical help. I don't have any problem with it. The only problem I see is that it might go off.

I got it because I could have it without needing a landline. I've only punched my button to check the thing around my neck. It doesn't seem to be necessary and if I forget they won't contact me like the other company I used to have. I try to make sure to do it every month though. The only complain that I have is that, compared to the other company I had, they take a long time to answer. Maybe they don't have as many representatives or something.

I went online and looked at different medical devices. Medical Guardian just has the appeal of the civil order and I wasn't terribly expensive. I've never used it before. I've seen other devices, but I wanted something small. This device works fine and it's very portable.

I had an accident where I fell outside in the snow. I knew I should have some sort of protection in my age. I'm a senior citizen. I wear it around the house and if I go anywhere outside I take the bracelet. I don't use it everyday, but it feels good to have some sort of protection. I've had it for about a year now. It seems easy to use.

I did a search and evaluated all the different comments and different sections of what Medical Guardian provides. My mother uses the device, she hasn't had to use it except for when she accidentally locked herself outside of her home on a cold winter night, they had to come and help her. Customer service is very helpful and very informative.

The mobile base station can stay in the included charging cradle in and around your house (up to 350 feet away from the base). If you push your button and cannot communicate through the base for whatever reason, our operators will assume an emergency is occurring and proceed accordingly. When you are away from home, be sure to take the mobile base with you. You can put it in a purse or the handy carrying case. That mobile base will allow you to communicate directly with our operators in an emergency and also includes a GPS to allow them to locate you if needed. My stepmother has it, she recommended it to me. I never had to use it, but I wear it all the time. I don't like that they never check to see how it's working or if you're fine. They were supposed to call to test it once in a while, but they haven't. Also I feel the button might be too sensitive as well.

My daughters picked this for me. The unit is working beautifully. I wear it all the time, except for when I'm in bed. The people that I've talked to when we test the unit have been very nice. I've enjoyed my contact with them. I've only had to use it when I had a fall in a place where I volunteer. I injured myself pretty badly and it went off on its own. The EMTs were there in about 6 minutes and everything worked out well. My only problem with it is that I think it's excessively overpriced. Right now I'm looking for a cheaper model.

It was recommended to me. I haven't used it, but I do test the machinery. When I tested it, the response time is too slow. The device itself is fine. The only problem with Medical Guardian is that the response time is too slow when you test the system. It'll take around 1_ for somebody to respond.

My wife was the one that actually decided to get it because I have spinal scoliosis. It's fairly convenient to wear around my neck on the cord and it's easy to use. One time we had to use it because I fell down and couldn't get back up. I pushed the button, they called my wife, and she came home to help me up. They answered that rather quickly.

I picked it based on my own investigation on the internet. The button seems to be reliable and it doesn't take up too much space. The one thing is, it took several calls for them to correct a billing error. From that I learned that they have some practices that are a bit disconcerting when it comes to the protection plan they put on your account. Other than that, it's an insurance that gives us peace of mind.

Well I can't recall exactly, but we did research on the computer. We did a small comparison, but saw no difference. I did have an incident on late November. I was alone and I broke my hip, but I had my bracelet on, I pressed the button and received help within twenty minutes. I have always gotten the help I needed.
