The medical device is fine, so far I've only tested it to see if it works and they seem to answer quickly. Though I'd like to know if it has radiation or something that might be dangerous to the body. I compared them to other services and while there are some others that are cheaper, the difference is not big and doesn't really matter to me.

My daughter chose this for me because I live by myself. I wear the one around my neck all the time in case I need it. If anything happens, I can just push the button and someone will come help me. It's a comfort to know that it's there.

I have not had to use it but I put the bracelet on when I go to bed. I have the little emergency button in my bathroom in case I need it there. It's there working and I'm sure that if I need them they will be there for me.

We recently moved and I'm waiting for them to give me a call back to set it back up again. I really haven't had a chance to call them and do that myself so right now it's just dead. So far I think it's good though. We've never had to use it but we take it with us. It's kind of hard for my husband to remember to take it with him whenever he goes out so I try to make sure that he has it on him. If there's ever any problem with the machine or something of the sort, they will usually be the first ones to call us and let us know. It has done that a couple of times already.

I was told that because I'm 90 years old and I live alone I should have something like this in case I fell. That just made sense so I got it. I keep one of them by my bed and put the other one on when I get dressed. That way I always know where one of them is in case I need to push the button. I've tested it once or twice and it worked. Somebody answered and things were fine.

Seems to work when my Mom needed it. Think technology could be improved with speakers on the smaller pendants so you aren't yelling across the room/house to the main device. Did not like that you initially transferred our account to your sister company without our consent. That did not sit well with me.

Have not had enough needed experience to rate a 5 however, that being said we find that when we test the alert the company is right there on the spot. The company also notifies us immediately if the battery is low when the alert is off the charger

After I reviewed the product and checked it out I decided that it was the right price and service, Then I used it a couple of times and the response time was too slow, more than five minutes. For that margin of time I'll be dead for when they answer.

I looked up online and we bought it for my mother in law because it came up at the very top of the ten options, while she was still alive we were very specific in her needs, she was on Hospice care but she was still living in her apartment and we gave specific instructions to medical guardian that if she ever push the buttons they work to call Hospice not to 911 for the ambulance, Unfortunately she did press the button and they called 911 and took her to the emergency room and that situation gave us a problem with her Hospice care. So I am no longer pleased with medical guardian because of that mistake we had to fight really hard to get her back on hospice care. In fact she passed yesterday morning.

The service had been convenient but unfortunately when we had and alarm I just received and email, I think for the type of emergency at list I need a phone call for notified me that something is wrong. it does seem that it has some bugs on it ..nothing works out and I assumed need to be work out.

I saw it advertised on TV and I just got it. I had to use it twice in February and they took me to the hospital both times. The only thing that I don't like is that it does not work outside my home. If I need to use it while I'm out, I have to take the home base with me and I don't like that.

At the time we got it we thought it was what we needed. It takes us a little too long to get an answer from them. The biggest problem though is that it is very expensive. I'm seriously thinking about finding an alternative that's more affordable.
