I've had some problems with it where I moved the wrong way and it immediately starts ringing and they're right there for me so I know if something does happen to me, I can rely upon the system to get help. It's an easy to device to use and easy to charge at night.

I had a very bad episode that made me feel like I was needing something that was more productive. The one I had previously saved my life but I needed more coverage. We travel and the gentleman from medical guardian informed that it was covered all over the United States. I have no reason to complain so far.

I'm glad I have it now. They were there when I needed them. I use it all day and all night. It's convenient; I like the wristwatch wearing a watch and I'd like the necklace but it is tight, I'm getting a new chain. but I'm getting a different chain I don't like the rope that they give you so I'm going to have a new chain for that.

I've not had to use it in the emergency but any time I have used it, it takes a few seconds for the phone call to go through and everyone's always very kind when they answer if it's in an accident. They always pick up and so far it's worked well anytime I've used it.

I got the device for my ninety one year old dad who lives the one and I live fifty miles away. My dad accidentally pressed the button and the company called me to find out if they should send someone because my dad is deaf and can't answer the phone.

When you dial or you push the button, somebody comes in at a reasonable time. The salesman was very efferent and prompt to call back at certain times when I needed him. He was also polite and educated on the medical device. I was happy with him. I feel confident that I could get help if I do fall again. I would recommend it to a friend. There is always room to improve.

I've only had it about six weeks and I've already had to use my Medical Guardian. A couple weeks ago on a Sunday I was out in the yard and I fell on some wet leaves. They responded quickly. I put it on in the morning and take it off at night. It is very comfortable.

The support immediately answered, they called for emergency people and they called me and I was able to go up and be there when the ambulance got there. It was very easy for him to use and he had no trouble being heard or hearing them.

They offered me a good plan, but I am thinking about canceling because the box that connects to the telephone has wires hanging out and it looks terrible. I do like how they give you a necklace and a bracelet for options. I wear the necklace all the time and it doesn't bother me at all.

I like that it is waterproof so my grandma I can wear it in the shower, which gives her a little bit more privacy and dignity. The value for your money is average.

We're very happy with and it we're still glad we decided to get it because it's been a lifesaver. It is nice and light weight, you don't even notice. It works great, the only thing is I wish that we could talk through the devices, you talk through the base and so we had a kind of holler.

I chose them because of the package that was offered, which includes different kinds of remotes as well as a lock box, and the reviews online which all were exceptional. The device is convenient and easy to use and waterproof. When I spoke with the representative he seemed genuinely concerned about the welfare of my mother. He did put pressure on me to buy it now.

One of my concerns is the necklace is very heavy and that leads me to take it off every so often. It tends to be a little late and it doesn't hold as much charges as I anticipated, now it could be that I'm not understanding well enough or whatever but it just seems to me that it should hold a longer charge.

I normally don't wear any jewelry and I can barely tell that I'm wearing the device. When I called the customer service with questions, they answered all of my questions. The lock box was kind of hard for me to use, I do have wrist and elbow damage, but I found it difficult to open.

The customer support continued to call me and check up on me during those first ten days to two weeks. I like the convenience of the pendant or the watch. It's easy to charge the transmitter. I charge it by my phone at night and then just take it off the charger during the day and pop it in my purse and I'm ready to go.

A couple of weeks ago, my dad was having dizziness and it turned out good. We didn't have to go to the hospital, but the device was there and they called us and we got up to his house. The customer service responds quickly. They make calls quickly and that way we can get out there quickly.

Medical Guardian allows me to have a small device I can wear on my hip that looks like it could be a pager and I can communicate with the company through this one little small device. I had to use it two weeks ago to get in touch with my daughter-in-law to have her help me and then we had to call the paramedics after that. They were very accommodating. They wanted to make sure that I was all right and they kept me on the phone while they talked to my daughter-in-law so that I would know that she was on her way.

They are very willing to help and easy to get ahold of somebody. They are always very helpful. My mom had one incident where the fall detector was accidentally set off and somebody had come on right away to ask her if she needs assistance. I have tested the device once and my sister has tested it and every time somebody comes on right away.
