When I tested it, it works fine and there's always somebody there to answer my questions. They're always plite and they always ask me if everything's okay and what is going on. They're always courteous. The device get's them access to me immediately.

I've only had it about six weeks and I've already had to use my Medical Guardian. A couple weeks ago on a Sunday I was out in the yard and I fell on some wet leaves. They responded quickly. I put it on in the morning and take it off at night. It is very comfortable.

The support immediately answered, they called for emergency people and they called me and I was able to go up and be there when the ambulance got there. It was very easy for him to use and he had no trouble being heard or hearing them.

We've done a monthly test and they have been answering within sixty seconds and the operators have been very courteous. The device is very light weight and very easy to use. The people that work there are so nice and helpful and they've been really good to me. They're just really nice people and their employees sure have been helpful and very courteous. I got the GPS on it so I go away from the house and that works beautifully and I got a wrist strap that looks really nice.

They offered me a good plan, but I am thinking about canceling because the box that connects to the telephone has wires hanging out and it looks terrible. I do like how they give you a necklace and a bracelet for options. I wear the necklace all the time and it doesn't bother me at all.

They were the first company to call me back so I figured if they take their sales seriously. Customer service answered all the questions thoroughly it and know your answer. I like that it is waterproof so my grandma I can wear it in the shower, which gives her a little bit more privacy and dignity. The value for your money is average.

We're very happy with and it we're still glad we decided to get it because it's been a lifesaver. It is nice and light weight, you don't even notice. It works great, the only thing is I wish that we could talk through the devices, you talk through the base and so we had a kind of holler.

I chose them because of the package that was offered, which includes different kinds of remotes as well as a lock box, and the reviews online which all were exceptional. The device is convenient and easy to use and waterproof. When I spoke with the representative he seemed genuinely concerned about the welfare of my mother. He did put pressure on me to buy it now.

One of my concerns is the necklace is very heavy and that leads me to take it off every so often. It tends to be a little late and it doesn't hold as much charges as I anticipated, now it could be that I'm not understanding well enough or whatever but it just seems to me that it should hold a longer charge.

I normally don't wear any jewelry and I can barely tell that I'm wearing the device. When I called the customer service with questions, they answered all of my questions. The lock box was kind of hard for me to use, I do have wrist and elbow damage, but I found it difficult to open.

The customer support continued to call me and check up on me during those first ten days to two weeks. I like the convenience of the pendant or the watch. It's easy to charge the transmitter. I charge it by my phone at night and then just take it off the charger during the day and pop it in my purse and I'm ready to go.

Any time that we had questions to ask the customer service, they were right there. Actually we went camping and left the device someplace and couldn't find it after we got home and we had taken out the insurance and they sent us another one by the next day. That was very helpful.

A couple of weeks ago, my dad was having dizziness and it turned out good. We didn't have to go to the hospital, but the device was there and they called us and we got up to his house. The customer service responds quickly. They make calls quickly and that way we can get out there quickly.

Medical Guardian allows me to have a small device I can wear on my hip that looks like it could be a pager and I can communicate with the company through this one little small device. I had to use it two weeks ago to get in touch with my daughter-in-law to have her help me and then we had to call the paramedics after that. They were very accommodating. They wanted to make sure that I was all right and they kept me on the phone while they talked to my daughter-in-law so that I would know that she was on her way.

They are very willing to help and easy to get ahold of somebody. They are always very helpful. My mom had one incident where the fall detector was accidentally set off and somebody had come on right away to ask her if she needs assistance. I have tested the device once and my sister has tested it and every time somebody comes on right away.

The customer service is just always there. They call me back to make sure that everything is working well. One thing I would change is adding two places to plug in in the house. If you have a big house, they might not be able ot hear you.

We used them for my mom, and we are now using them for my husband. I received equipment quickly. We haven't used the service yet, which is a good thing. My grandson pushed the button because it was a button to push. They answered and were very understanding about the "accidental" call. They would've gotten 5 stars, but the cost of replacing lost equipment is high if you don't take the insurance. Your customers are elderly, sometimes forgetful people and I think that is an area they could improve.

I have had a few false alarms and they are on the phone immediately. I mean they respond very very quickly and are very concerned and very thankful. I really should have gotten the watch with the mechanism I carry around with me. That way I wouldn't have to carry stuff with me in excess.

My siblings and I wanted my Mom, 92 and still living alone, to have a way of contacting someone in the case she fell. Medical Guardian was the only company that would protect her no matter where she went with its cell and GPS coverage. I like that she has two non-emergency contacts that can be called for her. The pendant is a little large and my Mom said she feels a little conspicuous wearing it. Any time we have contacted Customer Service, they have always been gracious and professional when speaking to my Mom.

It has a very touchy fall feature. I finally had it turned off because it kept going off. The customer service responds right away.
