It was for my mother. They were very considerate and understanding if she accidentally hit the button or it goes off. I like that it has detection so if she falls and isn't able to press the button, it would activate regardless. So that's what really like.

I needed to have a medical device that was reliable because my daughter works twelve hours shifts so I'm by myself for most hours. I've never had to use it, but I have had some false alarms. The staff are very alert and always ask me if I'm alright before they hang up. I've very satisfied with Medical Guardian.

You know I've sent my wrist watch back and they haven't given me my money back. So far I haven't had to use it, but I'm happy I can wear it as a necklace. It's very easy to use and if I do have a problem all I have to do if push a button.

Well I needed something. I'm in an assisted care home and you have your call buttons in the room, but I kept falling so much and I would never be near those buttons. In one incident I fell on the patio and I just pressed the button and help would be on it's way.

I saw an advertisement on an article for Medical Guardian. I haven't used it, but I wear the watch all the time in the shower. When I called to check the device it does take a minute or two, perhaps even longer. That does make me concern. My concern is that if I were to have a medical emergency that it might take a long time for help to arrive.

I checked around and they just seem just like what I needed. They were cheaper at that time too. I had to use it twice when my husband was still alive. He had a brain disease that cause him to fall a lot. Now I use it for my mother and I feel safer leaving the house to go to do grocery shopping or any outside activity. It's very easy to use.

My children discussed and my son decided that Medical Guardian would be best for me. I haven't had any problems with it. The only time I recall having a problem is when I accident and they had to remove the bracelet and they sent me another. I don't particularly like the bracelet, but it's easy to put on. It's not glamorous, but I've accepted it.

They were the only service I knew about at the time. A friend of mine had it and recommended it to me, so I got it. It has gone off sometimes when I'm wearing it. Maybe I just turn the wrong way or something, I don't know. It's too sensitive. They always come pretty quickly to the phone when that happens. I imagine that in an emergency, they'll do just what they're supposed to do. The other day the machine was just flashing a light, so I tried pushing the button. It didn't work so I called them today to check it and they helped me straighten it all out.

We got them because it seemed like we couldn't get anyone else. I've used them before and they don't really care about you as much as they used to. They checked me out real well and with this one they are not really concerned about the patient. They just give you a turn and you need to wait. You might die waiting for your turn.

I chose them because it can be used in places other than your home. I check on it to make sure that the communication is good. They are very helpful and always on alert. I never have any problems contacting them. Price-wise they are in the ballpark of what other companies charge. There are cheaper ones, but you can only use those in your home.

I looked into it two years ago or so and decided to get it. I've accidentally set it off a couple of times and they were always very prompt and polite. I can't really walk away from the main unit. If I fall in the bathroom, I wouldn't be able to talk to them. I mean, it's a great thing for someone that has problems falling but they should have something that you can wear around your neck and talk into it. I'm actually thinking of discontinuing the service because I don't seem to be having anymore strokes.

We compared the service, the reviews and the price. We thankfully haven't used it, just tested it out. My mother wears the necklace when she showers and when we're away. Though a few days ago we had a test where they never answered. It's very easy to use for my mother who is legally blind.
