I would recommend it. I've never had to use it thank goodness but it's there and I know that it will work, and I tested every month and everything's going great. Every time I've called, they were right there answering and helpful and asking if there was anything more I needed.

When we first received it, a voice would come on anytime my husband bent down. So I called and talked to them but it kept going off. They said it wasn't a problem that it was always going off. The customer service couldn't have been nicer. The customer service is always polite and they answer right away.

The customer service is just always there. They call me back to make sure that everything is working well. One thing I would change is adding two places to plug in in the house. If you have a big house, they might not be able ot hear you.

Rest assured, that even if you are out of speaking range of your unit, if our operators are unable to hear you for any reason, we will assume an emergency is taking place and proceed accordingly. I was looking for a device for my mother that would alert myself and first aid in case she fell. This device is easy to set up and now comes as a wristwatch which she wears all the time. The cost is very affordable and I feel so much better knowing she is safer when I can't be there.

We used them for my mom, and we are now using them for my husband. I received equipment quickly. We haven't used the service yet, which is a good thing. My grandson pushed the button because it was a button to push. They answered and were very understanding about the "accidental" call. They would've gotten 5 stars, but the cost of replacing lost equipment is high if you don't take the insurance. Your customers are elderly, sometimes forgetful people and I think that is an area they could improve.

I have had a few false alarms and they are on the phone immediately. I mean they respond very very quickly and are very concerned and very thankful. I really should have gotten the watch with the mechanism I carry around with me. That way I wouldn't have to carry stuff with me in excess.

A few times my mother pushed the wrong button and help came on right away and I was contacted as well as my daughter. Everything worked out like it was supposed to. They are courteous and patient to talk to my mother who doesn't quite understand everything right away. Everything is very timely.

About a month or so ago I was sitting down and I went to get up and I couldn't get up. I was totally weak and didn't have anybody and ended up having to call they for help and they helped me. Every time I called and had a problem with one of the devices that got broken, they responded quickly.

My siblings and I wanted my Mom, 92 and still living alone, to have a way of contacting someone in the case she fell. Medical Guardian was the only company that would protect her no matter where she went with its cell and GPS coverage. I like that she has two non-emergency contacts that can be called for her. The pendant is a little large and my Mom said she feels a little conspicuous wearing it. Any time we have contacted Customer Service, they have always been gracious and professional when speaking to my Mom.

It has a very touchy fall feature. I finally had it turned off because it kept going off. The customer service responds right away. I found out that it was going off many times and I had questions about it and I was happy with what I've been told. It takes up very little space. It's just really compace and I'm very impressed with it.

I haven't had to use my alert necklace, but I hit the button by mistake recently and they responded immediately. My daughter received a text message before I could let them know I had no emergency. At least, had it been an emergency, I learned they waste no time in responding and alerted my daughter immediately.

I had sort of passed out and I called, and the paramedics came. It took a little while for them to get here but that's because they had to come about 15-20 miles to get here. They are courteous, kind, and I had to call and get a new one and it was replaced properly.

I called in to make sure everything was working, and they were very pleasant. The only problem I have with the bracelet is it's made of a rubberized material that does both my arm a little and it breaks out, but I just switch it from one arm to the other and that's about it.

I was awakened at 1:30 in the morning with a bunch of officers outside my door. I guess I had unknowingly activated it, but it proves it's working. The only concern I have is it gets in the way when I take a shower, which is when I feel I am the most vulnerable.

I needed something that would work outside, which I think this does. I tried other companies, but they wouldn't do that. I like the fact that it's got a charger on the bedside and I have a button around my neck. I feel very comfortable with it.

During the day I use the watch and at night I use the necklace. I try to call in once a month to have it tested, the response isn't immediate. I always have to wait quite a bit for them to answer the phone. The last time I tested it, I said at the beginning it was a test, but they called me back thinking it was an emergency. It's the most expensive alert system out there at $39.95 a month, which is $10 more than the average alert system out there. The only thing I would recommend them for is because it is so lightweight. I don't even realize it's there.

The machine and people who work there have all been satisfactory. I had one machine that stopped working and they asked if I could wait until the morning and someone came and made sure to replace it and make sure it worked. They call me periodically to make sure it's still working.

The only time I had to use it was when I was out. I had to use it so that was a really big help. I had to call an ambulance when I was 25 miles away from home. It's a really good service when I needed it. I used it and it didn't take long for them to come. It was just wonderful.

I got this for my parents, it was installed on Wednesday and was used on Saturday. They were doing gardening and got attacked by a swarm of in-ground bees. My Dad pressed the button, and someone came on immediately and got an ambulance and police there within 5 minutes.

We've done a lot of tests on the device, and I'm a little concerned about how long it takes to connect to everyone for help. I like the fact that the device can be worn as a pendant or on your wrist. It's also waterproof, which is good.

Once they contacted me and I wasn't able to answer the family sent a team to assess what was happening to me. It's well designed and gives you some options having the bracelet as well as the fob. So far it seems to be working and I think that it's a great asset to have it available for people who are getting older.

They were johnny on the spot and answered immediately. I really enjoy how portable this device is. I feel much more comfortable knowing that I can go to the beach or walk my dog, and know they can help me if there's an emergency. They have GPS that helps locate you in case you do have an emergency.

The device itself works, and is in a form that can be managed easily. My wife once accidentally pressed the alarm and she wasn't in range for them to hear so they called an ambulance and me and I was able to tell them that she was fine in time for them to cancel the ambulance.

They're readily available, and I didn't have to stay on hold very long. I think it should be a little cheaper a month, and the speaker is only on the main one so if you collapse in a different room I don't know how they're going to communicate with you.

One of my disappointments is in testing it each month. It takes much too long for someone to come on to respond. Other than that, it's pretty good though. I think the range could go further, but it's acceptable and the price is reasonable.
