I like that I can take the device with me and go places. I prefer the bracelet rather than the necklace because of the pain from my neck. I like the feeling of being safe. When we ordered it came in just a few days and it was easy to set up.

I only tested it a couple of times and it's worked really great. They were immediately checking to see that I was okay and if I needed help. The people are very courteous. The arms band is heavy so I would like to see them be a bit more comfortable.

I've had a terrible time getting up by myself so this would insure me that in case of a fall I don't have lay there hoping that somebody comes by. My kids are also more at ease with me having it. I actually just recommended Medical Guardian to someone this morning.

It's just a safety factor to know if I needed it is there. I like the necklace better than the bracelet. With the necklace I change the chain on it from gold to silver depending what jewelry I'm wearing because the device itself you can't see but you can see the chain. I would recommend it to a friend that could use a medical device.

I don't like the fact that it's in my way. But, I like knowing that my kids feel confident that I'm not going to die on the floor without letting somebody know. The device broke when I had only had it for a couple of days but they sent me a new one the next day. Then I was able to mail back the one that wasn't working and that was very easy.

Its very convenient and easy to use. We used it once on a false alarm but the response was good, efficient, and very prompt. If you have a question customer service will respond right away. I have already recommended it to others.

Well I like it because its handy. I like that I can wear it around my neck anytime I'm outside because I do have problems with walking. I've tested it a couple of times and have had no problem getting a quick response. I would recommend it to others.

I happened to look out of my window and saw the fire chief and my next door neighbor there so I opened the door and they were here soon. I was vacuuming and wearing the device and the handle of the vacuum must have hit the button and it proved that it works.

I was asleep about a week or so ago and I pushed the button on accident. I didn't hear the phone so someone appeared in my bedroom from the sheriff's department which was my first person on my list and I was fine and I don't know how I pushed the button in my sleep. The system did work and everyone was alerted. I was fine.

I love it. I think it's great and I was so surprised at how fast it worked when I did the test. The key that is supposed to go on the front door, I can't get the top part locked so I tried to use my code to get that open and it won't open so I called up once when I had a question and they answered it no problem.

It's a little bit clunky but other than that it's fine. I accidentally got it activated and the folks that called me were very kind and understanding and they said they rather it was a mistake than for real. They treated me very nicely and they were very patient about it.

I like that the device around my neck is easy to hide. But, I don't like that there is a little wire at the top of the device that constantly is scratching me. I have to put a tissue around it but that makes it more noticable.

I like that you can be anywhere and they'll be able to get your location with the GPS. I tested it last week and it works fine. I live out in the woods and I didn't think it would work way out there but it worked pretty good. Their customer service is really good and knowledgeable on how to use the device. They were very nice and polite.

I accidently left the device outside in the rain for 5 days and when I found it the battery was still working. I couldn't beleve how long the battery lasted in the rain. With the GPS they were able to let me know that I had lost the device at my house so I know that works. I think Medical Guardian is excellent.

The device it was very simple. Within a minute of testing it, someone was on the line with me addressing me by first name asking me if I was okay. So it's a very good tool to have. Every time I've called they were right on the money and were able to get me help with whatever situation I was in.

So far I haven't found anything I don't like about it, I've been perfectly happy with it. I think it is quite convenient and I like the fact it charges overnight. I've used other devices and had problems with other devices with their charges not being satisfactory.

The time I had to use it, I tripped and fell outside. I pushed my guardian button and called the paramedics and they came right away to take me to the hospital. I wear it on my wrist so that if I have a problem, I can push the button and get help immediately.

I have a garage door in a locked gate and they gave me a lock box that has keys to it. The other company that I've talked to before I talked to Medical Guardian never mentioned the lock box or anything like that so that's why I went with them and I'm glad.

It's always been there when I needed it. I've taken it across the country with me and it's been fine. I would like for them to get straps that don't stretch it out here. It's very hard to keep this on after you've been wearing it for a couple of years.

We only wear it if we are home alone. It's gone off twice for no reason at all. I don't know why that happened. It was really easy. The guy started talking to me about the fall and it came on rigth away. I told him that nobody fell and everything was taken care of really good and he was very polite.

The only time I've used it went real well. I like the fact that it has a back up battery. We have power outages a lot out here in West Texas because we have thunderstorms a lot and they knock the power out and sometimes they're out for a while so having that back up on hand is really good.

We were sent the necklace only. We were promised two wristbands in addition to the necklace. The necklace button has absolutely no fall detection. I dropped it from multiple heights and onto various surfaces. Never did it work. I also sent in the information sheet the day we received the unit but apparently it was never received so if something does go wrong, apparently no one will understand how to get into the house much less know who to call. What a joke of a service. It's a shame it's prepaid. I'd completely undo this service and switch to a competitor. When this year is done, that is exactly what we will do.

There were three times I accidentally pushed the button. The first time I didn''t respond and there was a full search for me. In the end all was well and I knew for sure the system worked. The other two times I answered the connection and let them know it was in error and was well.

I like that it's compact. It's usually placed in an area that is reached by everybody who lives in the house. There's an immediate response when you call in for help. I tested it about two weeks ago. My daughter arranged for me to have it put in my house. I found it very simple to use.

I like the fact that I know my grandmother will be safe while I am gone. I know someone will call me if something occurs. She has the ability to press the button and someone will come and assist her with her needs. Customer service called after we got the equipment to check that we got it properly.

The only time we used it is when my wife fell and a voice came on to say a fall was detected and they called nine one one and got the fireman here to help me lift her. I like that it is always listening and the quick response.

I have already recommended it a couple of times. If I ever need any help or have any questions, they answer it pretty quickly. When I test it, they are quick to respond. I like that I can walk around the house and not worry about falling.

I love the fact I can wear it on my wrist but unfortunately I have developed a severe abscess from it. They once sent out ambulances when I didn't answer my phone, which was embarrassing, but it gives me peace of mind. I think it is a great device and a great system and it works well for me.

I tested it one time and I got an immediate response. It gives me a good feeling of security. Before I had it, I did have a problem where I fell in the shower I laid on the floor for hours and hours until my wife got home. I like knowing that I have it with me all the time in case I need it. Sometimes the response time takes a longtime and that is my only complaint. I don't know if it is the unit itself or whatever. Customer support has been very good whenever I have reached out to them, they try to answer as soon as they can.
