The button I wear around my neck is small and lights. It’s easy to push and it seems to hold up well. I have worn it for a while and it hasn’t broken yet. It’s easy to get on and of to change clothes and things like that. Most of the people that work there are nice and, one person was a little short with but everyone else was very pleasant. I am a little disappointed that they cannot hear me all over the house.

I'm getting good follow-up and everything. It's gone off a couple of times and I don't know why, I gues I bumped or something so they are going to check it to see if it was set to loose or something. Very responsive. One time I called in and added another caller to my list and she was very helpful. When I tested it, they were very fast responding to my call. When I call in every month to check on and they're very responsive, very fast answering me. I haven't had to use it for actual emergency yet thank goodness.

Enormously easy to use. I love the suggestion they gave of putting my list of medications on the refrigerator and the key on the door lock so that if the paramedics come flying blind, this way they know exactly where to go I really like that. Their calls are professional, but they are a little slow on their response time. I like that it's easy to carry. There's a time that there was almost a full minute delay, which is a long time. A lot of people die in three to five minutes but I don't think there's apparently anything else we can do to make it faster in your answering the call for help. The only thing that I don't like is that anytime I go out of the house I always have to take a little device with me that goes from my wrist to the device.

I've tested it and immedaiately they call in so I know it's working. They don't seem to have good communication between each other. Like I got a letter that said I needed to set up my system, but I had already setit up. So they need to get their act together in the sense that they need to communicate better between the different departmenst so they don't look foolish.

It's easy to set up and easy to test and they were actually able to speak with someone. When we tested it we actually went down to the basement and we were able to go all the way up to the top floor in the back of the house so it's got really great signal. My granddaughter recently pushed it she didn't know, I just had it hanging on my walker and she pushed the button and the next thing I know they are calling wanting to know if I needed help so that was, that was pretty heart rendering to me as an elder.

I like everything except for the little rubber thing that they put the medical alert button in because sometimes that will stretch out. The other day it fell out and I couldn't see it and the alarm went off three times. It works so fast. It interfered with my clothing that I wear. I've set it off accidentally three times since I've had it. I had to rearrange the lanyard that is hanging on because I'm not very tall and when I caught up against the counter. The people who answer are very nice when I accidentally set it off.

I have accidentally used it twice but I accidentally pushing the button once while I was sleeping and once while I was I guess laughing and fooling around with my granddaughter and my daughter and I got a quick response. They've heard the phone ringing and the quick response, "Are you okay?" and everything and I was quite pleased with that. And then I also called once because I was having trouble charging it and they went through how to charge it and I've had no trouble since then.

I have a hard time carrying it with me without it setting itself off. I am not able to wear it because the pendant is to big to be wearing everywhere. It's very sensitive. I tried to put it in my pocket but it goes off. I put it in my purse and could here it talking to me at the grocery store. It had activated and I told them it was an accident. I think the customer support is great.

Except for customer service I'm very pleased with it. I can go anyplace with it. I can travel with it and charge it when I travel. It seems to be working quite well when I call in and test it. The operator answers right away. I was put on hold with their customer service several times. I've waited as long as 15 minutes and had a very hard time getting it activated. Also I wish there was an improved string to wear around your neck.

I don't like that I accidentally can hit the button and you can't turn it off and that you have to wait for them to call you. One time I had the wristband on and I accidentally set it off and my neighbor came over so it obviously worked. They called pretty promptly.'
