This device came in pretty handy a couple of weeks ago when I was in the kitchen and broke my arm. I was able to talk to a lovely young man on the other line and it was very soothing. This device is very helpful and easy to use and gets you a hold of someone within a matter of minutes.

I've tested the device a few times and it works. It takes you awhile to get through to someone so I can't imagine how that would work if you have an emergency. However, when they do answer they are friendly and gracious. This device is worth the money and peace of mind for myself and my children.

I like that this device goes anywhere I go. When I first tested it, I got an immediate response. With other companies, you have to have one device for at home and one device for when you leave. Medical Guardian's device lets you take your device anywhere as well as using it at home.

Love that it is easy to use and it makes me feel safe in my own home. It does take a couple of minutes sometimes to answer when I push the button and it does seem like a long time. They are very nice about it if you press it accidentally. It is affordable so I would recommend it.

I like the safety and security knowing I've got it on. I used it when I fell, and the police department was there in about five minutes. They got me up and moving again and I was really impressed with the whole process. The people in customer service are very pleasant, professional, and make you feel comfortable when you call.

I don't have to worry about falling and nobody being home. I fell and broke my leg which is why I bought this device. I can even take a shower with this device and the water doesn't hurt it. I've tested it every once in a while, and they always answer me immediately. It works great and is a good machine.

Their customer service calls periodically to make sure it's working, but it's simple and easy to use. The set up was also easy. When I tested it, they took longer than expected for someone to answer me. It took about 2-3 minutes, and if I were having a heart attack or something, I'd need someone to get back to me in about a minute. It can get a bit expensive to purchase this service.

I like it because it works, but it weighs a bit more than I thought it would. It's well designed. I'm optimistic and hopeful that their customer service will be there when I need them. My battery suddenly stopped one time, so I wish there was a warning before it dies so I can charge it before it shuts down completely.

The cord is ugly but that is a minor thing I should just get a nice one for it. I also wish the light wasn’t so bright. It is kind of frightening in the middle of the night to see it shining on the ceiling. I like that I can press a button and get help. I like the people that answer the phone. I’ve been pleased with them.

I like everything about my medical alert device. I fell one time in the kitchen and I couldn’t get up and I called and they were here within a matter of fifteen minutes. I could have laid on the floor until my kids came in the evening because they work. They’re wonderful.

You can’t beat nationwide. I did check it when I got to my winter house and they got the address right. It is a little big so I wear it under my shirt. I am hesitant to wear it in the shower but other than that I feel confident. They helped me set it up. They are very nice and friendly.

My mother is the one who wears it. She likes the comfort of knowing that there is help available if she needs it but she is not happy with how easy it is to bump the wristband to make it call. They are pleasant to deal with. They are prompt and courteous.

The only problem I have with it is I am trying to figure out the length of time to charge it. It varies from two to seven days. It is good in every other aspect. I have accidentally pressed the button once and they were on immediately asking if I was okay.

Had bougjt this for my mom, who had fallen numerous times and she already punched button once. An ambulance summoned, myself an aunt and uncle were contacted. Everything worked the way they said and all is good now mom got the help she needed with one push of a button. I'm now living 1200 miles away and feel better knowing she has a safety net

Accessible and easy to work. It works well and they are timely. One time my mother hit the button when she was a bit disoriented and they gave me a call, I am the first person they contact, and I was able to go by early that morning to make sure she was doing fine. If I don’t pick up they call the 2nd person on the list.

When my grandmother called it, they were on it quickly. Even though it was a false alarm, it was nice to know that somebody still answered just to make sure she was okay. I like that it is loud. It is hard for my grandmother to understand the person if they are not speaking clearly. It is very simple and easy to use.

Invaluable as it gives me freedom for safety reasons to be outside and it works great when we test it. The response was immediate and clear. The sales experience was also fantastic. I do think that the wrist band should be a softer than a hard plastic. Something a little more elastic would be better.

It is a good price for peace of mind. It offers fall protection, which not all medical alert systems do. When my grandmother sets the pendant on the table a little bit too quickly, they call right away. It is easy to understand people who call you and easy to call in.

Twice by mistake I have pushed it. The person comes on right away and asks me my name and if I am okay. I like everything about except that when I cross my chest, it gets set off because I forget it is there. I would like something to stop it once it starts so I don’t have to wait for someone to come on to ask the questions.

When it arrived, it was not fully set up. I had to make calls to get the devices to work. When it was set off by a sudden movement that was not a fall, the audible instructions said to "Press the button if this is not an emergency" but pressing the button didn't do anything. It was some frantic moments when the audible instructions told me that emergency services were being dispatched when I had not even been connected to a representative through the device by phone or by the device. It has gone a little smoother since then.

Test it every five days. I usually put it on the charger when I go to bed at night and as soon as I get up I call in to test it. It is no problem. I like the scrap that is around my neck. I would like a little different one for dress clothes. Other than that I have no problems. It is as good as it gets.

Right after it was delivered to my dad, it was tested. It helped me keep in touch with whatever injuries my father may have whenever he’s at home. He doesn’t have anybody there that can call for help so we have medical guardian. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Very quick response time. I hit the button when I fell and the ambulance was here in 7 minutes. My daughter did beat them here but they were very nice and helpful. I did not want to go to the hospital but they insisted. They did however let my daughter take me to the hospital of my choice. They did not leave until we were in our vehicle. I am happy they did this because I ended up being in the hospital for a week.

Both times, someone answered immediately using my name, and asked if I was in trouble. When I said why I pressed the button and that it wasn't an emergency, the person verified my address, and sounded glad that I was okay.
