They were real prompt when I had a problem and it's a very secure feeling when you go outside and if you fall and get hurt, somebody is there to help you. About two weeks ago, I had a pill stuck in my throat. They picked up right away and got in touch with my two daughters in the ambulance and they were here within ten minutes.'

I don't like that I accidentally can hit the button and you can't turn it off and that you have to wait for them to call you. One time I had the wristband on and I accidentally set it off and my neighbor came over so it obviously worked. They called pretty promptly.'

The wrist element is desigened too thick and has never felt confortable. I takes a little longer for an operater to answer than expected. I live in 2 different locations (FL & NC) and have to phone the main office to reregister the neighbor phone numbers. It would be more convenient to have allow alert neighbor registered and only notify when I change locations since the GPS reports where I'm located when activated. Otherwise all is satisfactory. Operaters are excellent.

I like the security of knowing if I fall, somebody is able to get a hold of. The watch is not real comfortable, the piece keeps coming out from under where you buckle it but I am wearing it because it is a good thing. They answered when I accidentally set it off.

It's very good and I also appreciate that there's GPS so I can use anywhere in the country. It's very easy to use and the battery stays charged nicely and the response time is very quick and professional. It is very convenient. I would say it is definitely worth it.

I've only tested it so far. I haven't had any issues. The response was quick. I hit my button today when I was away from the house and when they didn't get a response at the house they called my phone which I really appreciate them doing rather than just sending out an emergency response.

It's handy and it works right away. Last week my husband fell and I was sleeping upstairs. He called out and I couldn't hear him so he pushed the button and they called me right away. I called the ambulance to come pick him up. He wasn't hurt he had just fallen. So that was very convenient.

My father has been falling lately and is still living alone. It seems to work well. He is able to talk to a person whenever he needs to and we've had a good experience so far. The person who I spoke to initially was very informative. The device came promptly in the mail and was easy to set up. The speaker is loud enough for my hard of hearing father to hear. It's easy to use. I like that it has fall detection in case he's unconscious. I had my father test it and they answered promptly.

When I fell before having the device it took 20 minutes for someone to find me. I know with this they will notify my son right away and the paramedics. When I tested it there was a response right away. The young lady was very nice to me on the phone and I was very grateful for that.

I haven't had it very long but I like the size of it. It's not to bulky. They answered right away and the test was completed satisfactory. I like the lock box on the front door so if anyone does have to respond they don't have to break the door down.

It is a nice piece of equipment. I like the fact that it has wifi and gps. So far it has been easy to carry, though I don't like that the strap keeps coming loose but other than that they did a really good job. I get quick responses and that surprised me and they know exactly where I am.

For safety purposes I like it. I think it is a little heavy around the neck. One time it went off when I had the strap too long around my neck. They called and I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Then the sheriff called and their G.P.S showed my location. They are very professional.

Not all cumbersome, it is easy to carry around. It was pricey but I feel like it was worth it. The only thing I find problematic is that it must be lying in the cradle to charge and I've often thought the old way with batteries was more intelligent. I was pleased that it worked when I tested it.

I don't like that sometimes I just lean over with this chain around my neck and it comes on, which is good because that means that Medical Guardian is alert and are paying attention to what's going on, but I feel bad when that happens and I have to both somebody. The fall sensors are so sensitive that if it just touches something, it goes off. I had a false alarm and everyone showed up but the place that they chose was forty minutes away from my house, so if it had been an actual problem, it would have been a much larger problem. They need to be able to build a support system or an EMA system closest to any location as opposed to just having it be dispatched from the local police office that's an hour away. The system does not get a very good signal. Everyone from the customer service answers on time. There was never any scuffle about anything.

It's very non-invasive. I wear it on my wrist all the time so not a problem. I've gotten good service. I've called a couple of times and one time they called and said there was an alarm on my device but I couldn't find anything that was causing it so I'm not sure what it was.

Just in testing it, it seemed like it may work only thirteen hundred feet. It would suffice no doubt in the house, but out in the yard I'm just a little concerned. We called last week and tested it. It was probably mid morning when I talked to the lady but it seems like it tested fine. Everybody's been helpful and the response when I called has been very very quick.

Everything seem to be working. I used it once to test it and after two rings, somebody picked up and want to know why you're calling. I didn't get the fall down feature because it is ten dollars a month and I think there might be a lot of false alarms so I skipped that feature.

With this particular model I can only have the thing that goes around my neck and it hang and hangs and I can't get a wristband. I think it is pretty functional. I don't have any problems with the device. All my questions I've had for customer service, haven't been answered to my satisfaction. I would like their customer service to be more proactive.

I like that you can wear it around the neck or the wrist and I like that the signal has good strength as far as distance. The only thing is that there has been an issue with the one around the neck. Customer service answers our questions very clearly every time we call. Even though my mother can be difficult to understand, they are patient.

I think it is a little too expensive but I needed it because I live alone and I am a senior citizen. Everything is doing great though I wish it was clipped to my back pocket instead of hanging around my neck. Once I was cleaning the kitchen and hit it by mistake and the response was fine.

The device is great enough and nobody knows it is under my shirt. They could make it a bit smaller but it is still pretty mobile. They are very courteous and they don't give me a hard time when I push it by accident. I appreciate the value.
