I tested it and worked just fine. Once my granddaughter pushed it by accident and they called me right away. There's nothing I dislike about it and its very convenient. I fortunately haven't had to use it, but it's nice knowing that its there.

Have used it twice after a fall and within seconds I was talking to someone, they contacted EMS and called my son. The continued to call each contact number for my sons until one of them received the message that I had fallen and need help to get up.

It's a great system to have. We fill very safe that it's working properly and she can use it very easily. We are paying for the drop detection and so far with a few falls she has had, it doesn't work. Thankfully she hasn't passed out with any falls. We have called IT several times and we always get the we will have to look into it after they go through their first step repair. Then no one ever calls us back. If we are paying for it. It would be nice that it work more than it is.

I like that it is easy to work. It has worked with me when I accidentally hit it on the floor and they called me and thought maybe I had fallen. Its easy to wear and so far I don't dislike anything. They've always been able to help me every time.

It does have to be charged and so I'm unprotected during that time, I usually put it on whenever I go to bed at night. My cat pushed the button and they did respond quickly and I was glad to be able to tell them I didn't need them.

I've got it set off accidentally a couple of times. I had a dog in my arms and the dog climbed on my chest but I accidentally push the button but you know that was not a problem I just told them it was an accident, I didn't need help.

I like that it's small enough but still usable. I like the quick response when I do use contact them. I've been very pleased that it fits on the waist band of your pants and you can just drop the cord in that and then I don't ever take the cord off but it, I've been very very pleased with that. I feel very very secure having it and I keep it on me at all times except at night and at night I have it in my bed.

I I love it. One time I accidentally threw my purse on the bed and didn't realize that set it off and they got with me right away it was really good. I really appreciate that so it made me feel safer. It has just really good server and I'm quite pleased.

I like that my mother is able to press the button if there is an accident and there is no additional fee. Everyone has been very nice to her when she makes an error. I wasn’t originally happy because they told me one thing and there was something different I got. But now it is fine. I appreciate being told from the beginning there were options. My mother has Alzheimer’s so it is much easier for her to wear a wrist watch over a necklace. It takes about thirty to forty seconds to get a live agent. They’re always courteous and never make you feel bad if it is an accident.

It's like any insurance you pay for. Whether you use it, it is always there. I have used it and I was pleased with the outcome. They sent a friend to help me. Fortunately I did not hurt myself. I’ve only used it once since I got it and that god they were there. They were very polite and I love that they were able to get the ambulance here quickly. I was having chest pains and shortness of breath and I pushed the button and they answered right away and sent out an ambulance. They called me back two minutes after the ambulance.

Every time I have tried to use it, it is always reliable. I feel like I am not alone. It is light and easy to wear around my neck. You have to charge it every five days and sometimes I forget. It would be nice to have a record to know when it runs down.

Medical Guardian answers immediately and are courteous and make sure everything is fine. They have been very kind. I have to plug it in every night though I am able to go five days without charging it. It gives me comfort knowing someone is on the other end of a call if I fall. They have been right on calling me back.

I was impressed with the initial sales call. It wasn’t a hard spiel. It was informational. They were patient trying to describe it to me. It was very thorough. One time the staff contacted me because the device was not working and they wanted to make sure it was working. It was a good interaction. I feel relatively safe it.

If someone were to ask, I would recommend it highly. It’s a good service. Its not cheap but it is not inexpensive to hire people who know what they are doing. I like that I can talk to a person and that it works as advertised. We needed it. The response time is immediate and the answers and explanations are totally great. It is handled properly.

This is a good product though the larger pendant was faulty. She has used it three times. One time the fire department came and took her to the hospital. It was effective. Customer service was really good about helping us set it up and getting us a new pendant.

I have accidently pushed the button & didn't know I did. The first time I was buy my phone & could answer. The second time I was in bed & couldn't hear the phone ring. They called my daughter & her husband came & checked on me. But they had called the police, too. I thought tat was unnecessary. & they could have given my daughter more time before calling the police.

I've been wearing the bracelet and it's cold weather with long sleeves so it's been difficult it will sometimes pull loose. I would rather have the watch that you can put on or either just pull over your hand. If I need, it of course I hope I don't need it, but if I do I can have help so that's reassuring.

It's always there and ready for me. I never had to use it, but I test it once a month and it works fine. Everybody's been very kind and very friendly. One time I was completely in another room and none of the devices were near me and it went off and they have no idea why but it just did. They took care of it and reset it.

As long as the string that holds it together stays put its good. Sometimes it falls off and I can't believe it if I'm in the bathroom. It gets separated, I don't know how it does, but it does. I don't like the fact that it's battery operated and I have to wear it all the time.

Yeah 5 everything went smooth. I can't figure it out, sometimes it flashes sometimes it doesn't. I don't know if it's me or the device. I'm an old lady I don't know. I hate the flashing light I feel like a Christmas tree. I hate that I'm in public and people don't know what's flashing on me it's awful.

The stupid watch band is a real joke. The button is in it and I think on three or four occasions, I have pushed the button in bed and they came on. I’ll be happy when they get a better watch band. The rest of the device is good. I don’t have any problems with customer service.

I’d recommend them but not to buy because it is expensive. I like that it gives me family freedom. They are all worried about me and that I am going to have an episode when they are not here. Last time I tested it, I had to press the button three times before they answered. When I told them it was a test all they said was thank you for using Medical Guardian because it was machine. I wish I could talk to a real person. I am glad I have the service still. I live alone now that my husband passed away. My kids got it foe me. That was nice of them. The necklace part has come apart but I tied a knot to get it to stay together.

It is portable and I like that. It is easy to use and to charge. I dropped it once and it worked very well. It came through in about ten seconds and I was able to cancel the call. I wish it did hold a longer charge. It only lasts a couple of days. It is also a little bit expensive.

Every time I've called in to check in or with questions or problems, they have been very courteous and quick to answer the phone. My questions are answered right away without having to transfer me to someone else. The device is easy to use. It's always on. It doesn't come off very easy. There have been a couple of times I was concerned that the ambulance was going to show up but I was able to get to the device to quit. Within the first couple of weeks of having medical guardian, I fell on my porch and the fall detection device worked. The sound quality is better than what I had before. Before I could barely hear the people on the other end. I like that this one had a much longer battery life.
