If someone were to ask, I would recommend it highly. It’s a good service. Its not cheap but it is not inexpensive to hire people who know what they are doing. I like that I can talk to a person and that it works as advertised. We needed it. The response time is immediate and the answers and explanations are totally great. It is handled properly.

Knowing my mother is safe is more than anything. It was to set up. She had a lot of issues keeping the watch on so they replaced the type she had. The customer service team is nice and prompt. They answered right away and answered any question I had.

One time I had to use it because there was water on my kitchen and I slipped and fell and I couldn’t get up. I had someone come and help me. It works fine. I am moving to an assisted living facility and I won’t need it there so I will cancel.

Well worth paying for. They respond immediately. My wife feels very secure with it. She has tested it twice and both times the response was within a minute. She loves it. They were very caring and really wanted all the information to make sure she was okay.

I’m very happy with service. It is for my mom. I have peace of mins she will get a response if she falls or needs anything. It is great how fast and well they respond. The fire department has had to come for her and I was on the phone with them. They were there right away.

This is a good product though the larger pendant was faulty. She has used it three times. One time the fire department came and took her to the hospital. It was effective. Customer service was really good about helping us set it up and getting us a new pendant.

I have accidently pushed the button & didn't know I did. The first time I was buy my phone & could answer. The second time I was in bed & couldn't hear the phone ring. They called my daughter & her husband came & checked on me. But they had called the police, too. I thought tat was unnecessary. & they could have given my daughter more time before calling the police.

I've been wearing the bracelet and it's cold weather with long sleeves so it's been difficult it will sometimes pull loose. I would rather have the watch that you can put on or either just pull over your hand. If I need, it of course I hope I don't need it, but if I do I can have help so that's reassuring.

It's always there and ready for me. I never had to use it, but I test it once a month and it works fine. Everybody's been very kind and very friendly. One time I was completely in another room and none of the devices were near me and it went off and they have no idea why but it just did. They took care of it and reset it.

As long as the string that holds it together stays put its good. Sometimes it falls off and I can't believe it if I'm in the bathroom. It gets separated, I don't know how it does, but it does. I don't like the fact that it's battery operated and I have to wear it all the time.

Yeah 5 everything went smooth. I can't figure it out, sometimes it flashes sometimes it doesn't. I don't know if it's me or the device. I'm an old lady I don't know. I hate the flashing light I feel like a Christmas tree. I hate that I'm in public and people don't know what's flashing on me it's awful.

It was tested and the person who chatted with us was very kind and helpful. It seems to be easy to use, easy to charge. You don't have to be a certain distance from the receiver in order to be heard. It works anywhere because it's around your neck.

It's attractive looking and I like the way it flashes and I know for sure all the time that it's working. I can sleep with it and I can do house work with it and it's just not a problem. I hit it on accident and it was immediate response I was shocked how fast somebody came on the line.

The stupid watch band is a real joke. The button is in it and I think on three or four occasions, I have pushed the button in bed and they came on. I’ll be happy when they get a better watch band. The rest of the device is good. I don’t have any problems with customer service.

I’d recommend them but not to buy because it is expensive. I like that it gives me family freedom. They are all worried about me and that I am going to have an episode when they are not here. I can press a button now. When I test they are there promptly. They should update their wrist band. It doesn’t stay on.

Last time I tested it, I had to press the button three times before they answered. When I told them it was a test all they said was thank you for using Medical Guardian because it was machine. I wish I could talk to a real person. I am glad I have the service still. I live alone now that my husband passed away. My kids got it foe me. That was nice of them. The necklace part has come apart but I tied a knot to get it to stay together.

It is portable and I like that. It is easy to use and to charge. I dropped it once and it worked very well. It came through in about ten seconds and I was able to cancel the call. I wish it did hold a longer charge. It only lasts a couple of days. It is also a little bit expensive.

Every time I've called in to check in or with questions or problems, they have been very courteous and quick to answer the phone. My questions are answered right away without having to transfer me to someone else. The device is easy to use. I don't like that the number comes through as restricted it when they are trying to reach me in an emergency.

It's always on. It doesn't come off very easy. There have been a couple of times I was concerned that the ambulance was going to show up but I was able to get to the device to quit. It is a good device. I like it. Customer service always answers the phone and are very responsive. I am happy with it.

Now that I have medical guardian I feel very comfortable. I live alone so it is perfect for me. the device is wonderful. I really appreciate it. I've seen other devices but this is about 10 dollars a month cheaper so I am pleased with that. I have recommended them to friends of mine.

Everything they have sent me has been great. I like that there is a necklace and bracelet. The only thing I don't like is the volume. My mother has a hard time hearing it if she is in another room. The button also sticks up a little bit, she has bumped it a couple of times. The price is reasonable for the year. They are nice and great.

Unit is good quality. I have had some dialogue with customer service and they seem to be positive. The people are nice and quick. They are limited with the problems I've had. I dislike that it cannot be worn around the neck because I have a pacemaker. So far they have done everything I've needed.

Within the first couple of weeks of having medical guardian, I fell on my porch and the fall detection device worked. The sound quality is better than what I had before. Before I could barely hear the people on the other end. I like that this one had a much longer battery life.

Use it as a safety factor if I fall or have a heart attack. I am ninety two years old so I need something like it. It is working fine. When I bump it, they come right on and want to know what it going on. The price is a little high but I have had friends who have had other devices and I happy really pleased with Guardian.

What I like best is It not only has a necklace but bracelet so you can you can make a choice. I just need to test it to make sure it works. I haven't had to use it, but I'm a lot less anxious because I have it, so It's kind of my life line here. It keeps me from worrying, you know if I'm out in the yard I could fall and I can get some help or If I get scared at night I couldn't press it. It's just comforting.

I like it because the times that I've fallen which has been twice in the last month they immediately come on and caught my fall and and the operator immediately comes on. I wish my necklace was a little bit longer. When I fall or if I'm so sick I have to call ambulance Medical guardian will do that for me. They are very thorough and I always get 911 here very quickly and I have instructions for them how to get my house and I never have any trouble. Everything is excellent.

This device is heavy. I fell and broke my arm and my device got an ambulance here for me. I am happy with my device. One thing that I'm not happy with is the fact that I didn't think my device was working one day and I called them and I was told to take it off and we're always very hard that isn't the way falls happen all the time yes it did work when I did that but I shouldn't have to do that.

I think their device is very convenient and very much worth while. I like the security. If I get in trouble by falling or getting hurt, help will come immediately. Their questions are quite sincere. They ask if I need help or if it is a test. I think that is a good thing. There is some confusion on my part how to answer some of their questions.
