They did what they were supposed to do and they did a great job without embarrassing me. I was caught on the toilet and I couldn't get off and it was in the middle of the night and so I called and they sent out the fire department and they took me off and put me in bed. I was very thankful. Makes me feel safe.

They are there for you twenty four seven. When I upgraded it didn't come with something to put it around my neck, that would be real handy. Without it, if I'm doing some work outside I'm afraid I'll drop it out of my pocket. I like the convenience of having it, knowing that I can use it anytime any place.

We got a fast response.The first time we tested it we didn't actually know it was working because we were reading the instructions. It said that somebody would come on and we would tell them it was a test, but the fire department was already there so it really worked quick.

It's compact size. We've only had to test it and it was very easy and it was explained to us so that was easy to operate. Their instructions were very simple and easy to follow. We're very satisfied. We did research several other companies and the bang for the buck was best with Guardian. We're happy with the device and the price is reasonable.

I'm very very happy with them. It's working beautifully. I had one issue and they were lovely to talk to. I got all the pieces that came with the set up and I have a new door so the lock works and the key is in there for them. We went about it methodically and it came out nice.

It saved me from falling. I bought it in case I fell and couldn't get up. They did show up the one time that I pushed the reset button when they couldn't get ahold of me and within 2 minutes the ambulance department came up and knocked on the door.

I'm very, very happy to recommend it. But it is kind of expensive for us old folks. There was one time that I hit the button when I didn't mean to. Immediately, I got a response and that's the only time that I have actually used it. But they were right there, so that was a good report.

I'm very happy with the pendant and the comfort of knowing that it's with me all the time. If an emergency arises its there. I've never fallen in an emergency. When I've pushed the button, it was always by accident: holding a heavy object or bag that accidentally hits the button. The team responseds and the check in was immediate, so I'm very happy with them.

I would easily recommend medical guardian. I like that it's small and compact, it's not big and bulky. The customer service was great at helping me when I moved and it got disconnected. I didn't have any problems talking to them and retesting it once I got it in Pennsylvania and everything's been fine since then. I am glad I have it.

I like the ease of operation. The button and wrist operation works very well for us. A couple of weeks ago Barb was having a racing heart and shaking and we punched the button and the operator got the ambulance to come and pick her up.

Quick to respond. I like that it provides security if my mom falls. Someone would be notified. We tested it when we first got it and it was just fine. The only issue I have so far is that the necklace part broke and came apart so we had to get that back, other than that everything's been fine.

I really don't trust the stuff that much but the times we've tested it, they've always been there to support. They keep it charged up and make sure it's not running around empty. My mom is trying it and she hit the button one time and the fire department came so it worked well and I'm happy about that.

If my blood pressure is high they contact me but I know if I'm okay. Most of the time I am, but it is pretty trustworthy. It was easy to use and then it goes directly to the hospital. I use it almost every morning to take my blood pressure.

I don't like people calling me from Medical Guardian trying to sell me other services. When I test it I can get somebody and let them know that it is a test, and that's a good feature.I like that the blue light keeps flashing while you are you wearing it. On the one hand it shows that it's working, but on the other hand it is distracting. It's light weight, easy to wear. I'm happy that I have it.

I like that I have a medallion and a bracelet so I can interchange them. I've never had to use that. And I only tested it once and the man on the other side asked me if I was in trouble or is just testing and I verified that I was just testing.

The associates are very helpful with any questions. Once you sign up the equipment arrives within a couple of days. My pendant went off in error.....they couldn't get a hold of me or my daughter and within 5 minutes I had help. That to me is very reassuring.

I have 2 issues 1. My mother wears hearing aids. I specifically asked about volume of audio response. She could not hear the verbal responses with her hearing aids within a short distance and definitely not with out them. I called twice for assistance but was told the volume is preset in the factory. Therefore EMS was dispatched twice when no fall occurred. 2. When mom became worse, we transferred her to Hospice care, with Hospice as the first responder. It would take them 30 minutes or more to get there. One night received 6 phone calls from Guardian because my mom pushed the button repeatedly while waiting for Hospice. They told me they were required to call each time the button was pushed-she only fell once and they told me it was documented that Hospice had been called and was on the way

The other day I had the home unit in my purse and I pushed it getting into my car and immediately it went off and they called to see if I had fallen or not. It's excellent. Whenever I have tested it there's been an immediate answer. There's no waiting and you don't have to dial nine one one. They are always available and they are always friendly. The only downside is there are two units, so you have to have both wih you if you want it to work.

I like that it does everything it goes everywhere. I dislike the the design, you can't use any lanyard but the one that comes with it. I tested it recently. There are lots of design flaws with the lock box for the door. If you don't have around doorknob then it's useless.

I tested it and there's been several times that I dropped it or something and they answered pretty quickly. I like pretty much everything about it. The only thing I dislike about it is that it's really hard to hear what they're saying. I have to have it really close to me or I can't hear them.

I think the device is excellent. As soon as I hit the button on the device they got me help. Once I was in the kitchen and I fell on my face and they sent EMT's to help me get up. I feel safe in my house or outside if I keep falling.

I think it's expensive. We've used it and they called right when they should and when they could not reach me they were able to get the next person on my list, as well as have an ambulances in route, so it was very timely. It seems to be working well.

I feel safer with it around in case I fall since I live alone. I'm not real happy with the fact that I've already broken the thing that holds it around my neck twice and I've had to put it back together. When I called to set it up they walked me through it and got it done for me.

My primary complaint and frustration is simply that the ends and the netcord both ended up coming out of the pieces that hold the rope on your neck. Meaning the ends that are magnetic that slide together and hold it on your neck I hope that's clear. So I had to figure out a way to get the rope or straps back in the ends so they would stay in the ends and not keep coming out. Again it was both of them that ended up coming or separating from the rope the rope pulled out of each end. They both came apart or came out a couple weeks apart. And I did nothing to cause them from pulling out they just pulled out . Again meaning the rope ends pulled out of the little metal pieces that hold the rub together the magnetic clasp if that's what you call them.

I've got the lock on my front door so that if anything were to happen to me the rescue squad can get me so I've been happy so far. My father in law hit a button and didn't realize he did it and they not only called me on my phone but they were also trying to talk to him on his his device at the house but he couldn't hear them. We did a test on it yesterday and it was pretty smooth. They respond pretty quickly about it.

I like it because it's handy. I have wrist watch that I wear all the time. The quality is good. One time I had to use it when I was in a wheelchair. I couldn't walk because I was dizzy and I couldn't get up or in my chair and nobody was here. This device is perfect for me.

I tested it and it worked out fine. I didn't get a lot of instruction before I purchased it about when you should charge it and how long it has to be charged something like that. I think that needs to be a little bit more in the presentation by the sales person. They also tell you that it can be return within 90 days but they don't tell you there's a restocking fee so that's really not full disclosure, other than that it does what it's supposed to do so far. I accidentally hit it once and it went off and the girl was very prompt and very good.

It was very simple to set up and opted to pay for a one year service one time and the gentleman that helped me, I think his name was Jean Pierre, did a great job. When we tested it they answered very quickly and were very helpful. No problems communicating with them. We like the accessibility and the fact that they're water resistant and seemingly no problems with them thus far.
