Very friendly. After they determined that I didn't need any help after I had accidentally set it off they were nice about that also. It needs to be recharged twice a week and it doesn't give any warning when it's about to lose its charge.

I'm happy with it. It's good. They're quite helpful. I only tested it the first time I got it was just to see what it did. The gentleman that was on the other end was very helpful and said if I needed anything all we had to do was push the button. It's convenient. It flashes when it needs to be charged and it's it's an easy charge. I've got no complaints about the thing except for the price for a year.

I accidentally dropped it and it came up with fall detection immediately and they came on asking if I needed help. So even though it was an accident, I realized how on the ball they were. I just don't like the black cord around my neck when I'm dressed up. But I really like the little base station.

Very pleased so far. We tested it at the very beginning and it works fine. The person came on the other end and we talked to her she was great. The only time we had any issues was when my mother had accidentally pushed the button and someone comes on and it worked out fine. She likes the way it looks.

I like that it holds the charge. I do not like the fact the light flashes. I had a fall, a bad fall, and my device did not go off, but my apple watch did go off and so that is the reason I have it. Generally I'm pleased but I've got to be sure that when I fall it's going to work. I would like to replace the band with a necklace.

I tested it when I first got it and they answered right away. One time I accidentally hit it not knowing it and I accidentally hit the button and they answered right away and asked me if I was okay and I told them yeah I accidentally hit it and they said okay. I just like everything about it so.

I feel so much safer because I live alone and I will have no family when they move. As soon as they leave I'll have to put that box on the outside of the house for 911 to get in. If I need help all I have to do is push this button and I can get help no matter where I am. It is a little heavy, but it charges really quickly.

Their printed materials are good. I tested it when I first got it and then another time for some reason without touching it I got a call from HQ asking if everything was okay. I'm just afraid that its going to go off again for no reason.

I like the response that I've gotten. I've dropped it a couple times accidentally and the response has been almost instantaneous. I tested it and they responded really quickly when I pushed the button. I usually wear it on my belt and the response has been excellent.

We're new to the medical alert device, which is for my Aunt Carrie- she is the actual owner of the device and I'm her emergency call. We like the idea that she can go out in the country and walk the dogs or do any of that stuff and we don't have to worry about her falling no matter where is she. Medical Guardian called and said we needed to do our monthly testing. We tried the thing 5 times and it kept saying "call failed" so that's a bit worrying. One thing that happened was when the device was in the charger, my Aunt Carrie's devil cats knocked it off the table where she couldn't get it to get ahold of Medical Guardian. There was a firetruck, ambulance, and two police cars at her house in 7 minutes. I found that very impressive.

They are there for you twenty four seven. When I upgraded it didn't come with something to put it around my neck, that would be real handy. Without it, if I'm doing some work outside I'm afraid I'll drop it out of my pocket. I like the convenience of having it, knowing that I can use it anytime any place.

I'm very happy with the pendant and the comfort of knowing that it's with me all the time. If an emergency arises its there. I've never fallen in an emergency. When I've pushed the button, it was always by accident: holding a heavy object or bag that accidentally hits the button. I would easily recommend medical guardian. I like that it's small and compact, it's not big and bulky. The customer service was great at helping me when I moved and it got disconnected. I don't like people calling me from Medical Guardian trying to sell me other services. When I test it I can get somebody and let them know that it is a test, and that's a good feature.I like that the blue light keeps flashing while you are you wearing it. On the one hand it shows that it's working, but on the other hand it is distracting. It's light weight, easy to wear. I'm happy that I have it.

I have 2 issues 1. My mother wears hearing aids. I specifically asked about volume of audio response. She could not hear the verbal responses with her hearing aids within a short distance and definitely not with out them. I called twice for assistance but was told the volume is preset in the factory. Therefore EMS was dispatched twice when no fall occurred. 2. When mom became worse, we transferred her to Hospice care, with Hospice as the first responder. It would take them 30 minutes or more to get there. One night received 6 phone calls from Guardian because my mom pushed the button repeatedly while waiting for Hospice. They told me they were required to call each time the button was pushed-she only fell once and they told me it was documented that Hospice had been called and was on the way

The other day I had the home unit in my purse and I pushed it getting into my car and immediately it went off and they called to see if I had fallen or not. It's excellent. Whenever I have tested it there's been an immediate answer. There's no waiting and you don't have to dial nine one one. They are always available and they are always friendly. The only downside is there are two units, so you have to have both wih you if you want it to work.

I tested it and there's been several times that I dropped it or something and they answered pretty quickly. I like pretty much everything about it. The only thing I dislike about it is that it's really hard to hear what they're saying. I have to have it really close to me or I can't hear them.
