It's nice to have it. Nice to know that the support is there. When they call me when there's an emergency they explain what's going on and the reassurance that they have contacted who they need to contact. It works very well.

It's been very helpful. About three weeks after I got it, it saved me. I've had excellent service and when I fell and knocked myself out, I had a concussion, and couldn't get up. They came and got me and I was good. I'm happy with it.

We haven't had any problems. It could be louder. She used it once and she told me she couldn't hear the person's voice. She's got a hard of hearing. Other than that, the rescue came right away. When we called them, they answered.

When we tested it there was instantly somebody on the other end. I like my medical alert device very much. The only thing I don't like about it is having to recharge the battery. But that's not a big deal for my mother. I get her to charge you just about once a week.

I like the fall alert. I actually haven't fallen, but I've dropped it a couple of times and the response was almost immediate. I feel sure that it's going to work should I have ever have another fall. I don't like the fact that it constantly flashes when I'm wearing it. I've had to call a couple times just with questions with set up and how it's working and they've been very responsive.

When I called them, they were courteous. They were helpful and explained everything to me. They provide a really useful patient portal in the app that is easy to change my location and find out if my battery is charged and all of that. When the cord gets wet it stays wet for a long time.

I think it's worth the money, everything works very well. They're very nice people and they know what they're talking about. I've tested it twice since I've had it. It isn't really doing anything for my needs I don't feel. But it works very well. I just want something that I can use in bed.

It's too expensive. One time I was passing out in my chair and I wasn't able to really use the phone at that time, so it was wonderful that I had the button to punch and ask for help. I really needed it then because there was no way I could get to my phone or use it.

I was at a restaurant one time and I must have set it off by mistake, but they answered me right away. The only thing that bothers me at all is that it blinks and sometimes it shows through my clothes. But if I turn it around, nobody sees it, so it's okay.

It's not intrusive at all. I feel very secure with it. The people who have called me have been very knowledgeable and very helpful. This device seems to be very compact, very unobtrusive and easy to use. I am very impressed with the concern that theys have offered.

I feel a whole lot safer now that I have it. I know that if I fall I have some protection that I can call and get help. They answered when I pushed the button. The lanyard that holds it around your neck, mine has broken about three times. I finally had to end up getting something else to put it on my neck.

It gives peace of mind. We got it for my mom. She struggles of wind to know when to charge it or not. Every time we tested it, it's been just fine. One time when they went to use it, they had not charged it and so they couldn't, but I was able to call 911 for them. They're always there to answer questions.

I'm extremely happy with it. It's very convenient and very easy to maintain. When I first got it, I accidentally dropped it and I was surprised at the immediate response that I received and was able to say it's not an emergency. Anytime I had a question they would answer my question right away.

The service is just fine. They are quick to respond even to an accidental alarm. The problem is hanging the thing around your neck. It has an annoying flash about every minute. You're advised not to wear it under clothing but it does come with a belt clip. I use that and pull my shirt bottom over it. It gets in the way of activity and causes a false alarm. They do respond though.

I was playing video poker in a jazz bar in Vegas. I was losing my shirt and thinking of leaving when tgrough the music and the ambient noise I heard the video poker machine calling me by name. "George Burke, George Burke," it called and I feared some unremebered deal with the Devil had come due. Turns out, it was not the video poker machine talking to me, it was Guardian Medical. Apparently the button had been inadvertantly activated, and the call people were trying to talk to to see if I was okay, which I appreciated.

Great! I test my necklace after every shower because it gets so wet, and Medical Guardian speaks to me within about 3 seconds and asks if I need help. I also have the steel Lockbox on my front door, and I feel totally safe all the time. I am absolutely that I got it!!!!

The most important thing about the device is that it works in times of emergency and I have not had an emergency yet, I've only tested it. I like the ease of operation and I like that I can wear it or can clip it at my hip. The option of doing both is helpful.

Even when we're testing the system, they answer you just a few seconds of testing it. So I think that's really great. I like the fact that my parents can have immediate attention and that they can feel safe whenever they go anywhere, and not have to worry about having to find their phone when they can just press the button.

I test it once a month, and that's what I'm supposed to do. I have set it off accidentally, not realizing it. They call me, so they're really good about that. My device does exactly what it's supposed to do and it keeps track of where I'm at. It's kind of a pain, but it's exactly what I need.

I like everything. I like that they're fast. The response is very fast and accurate because twice I hit the button by accident and they responded immediately. The second time, I didn't hear the lady talking to me cause my alarm was in my pocketbook and she immediately called my children.

They came on real quick when it went off. I've tested a couple times and everything works just like it's supposed to. It doesn't go any farther than my mailbox, if I have it on and I take a little walk and we'll go farther than my mailbox. It won't pick up if I fall.

I was in the store and I had some groceries in my hand and I pressed it to my chest and when I did, the device went off and it did just exactly what it was supposed to do. They called me and asked if I needed help and could they do anything for me, and I said it was my own fault that it happened. And I thanked him for calling me and that was it.

I don't like is that it's so sensitive. A couple times I have just been wearing it and accidentally knocked against the sink or something like that and it turns it on. They just got on and asked me if everything was OK and I told him it was an accident, they were fine with it. They made sure everything was okay. I've been satisfied with it so far.

It was tested once by accident when it got pushed by my seat belt. I dislike the flashing lights all the time. It does definitely help when it flashes red and you know you've got to charge it, but the constant blinking is the only part I really don't like.

I'm not particularly crazy about the cord that holds it. Because they advise that you wear this in the shower and then it takes forever for it to dry. In the setup process they were very efficient. They're definitely very affordable.

It took me a while to get used to the fact that the flashing pink meant that I needed to charge my device. I wear it all the time, even to bed and in the shower obviously, it's always there and it's lightweight and it's not it's not at all cumbersome, considering that I wear it all the time.

It is reliable. I tested two different types of guardians and both work well and it was within the last month that my dad fell and they were able to get a hold of us immediately and we were able to get the ambulance there to help them up. They're always friendly and understanding and seem to care about the patients and their families.

I like it, but to me it seems to be so heavy to wear it all day long around your neck. I went to charge it and it fell on the floor accidentally and someone did immediately called to see if I was alright, which I thought that was wonderful.

When I fell they responded in a timely manner. The paramedics got here and and took care of me, so that was a good thing. The only thing I have that might be a little concerned is that you have to constantly recharge the unit every three days.

I thought I had lost it and I called my insurance and they said they would ship me a new one. I called on Saturday and it was there by Monday, so I was quite happy.

They do answer quickly in case it gets bumped or alarm goes off so I appreciate that. I tried the necklace around the neck one first that kind of bothered me so now I used the bracelet one but it gets in the way of my watch but you know can't have everything I guess so that's what I use now is the bracelet one. It went off accidentally it's about three times and I bumped it and they answered within a few seconds to see if I was all right. I'm satisfied with it.

The only thing is that worries me is that it doesn't seem to stay charged like it should unless I'm misunderstanding or I don't know. I talked to a girl and she was absolutely wonderful and she has the patience of a Saint because I really looked into a lot of pieces like that trying to decide which was the best and she was very patient with me. When I tested it it was fine and they came right on and I said well I'm just testing it and just started using it and that was fine.

It's reasonably priced. They're extremely efficient and answered quickly, they're concerned and question you firmly to assure you are okay. It's easy to use, works pretty good. They have different options that you can wear around your neck or wrist.

I accidentally pushed it once I didn't mean to and somebody answered immediately. I wish it didn't flash, everybody's asking me what is it flashing underneath your clothes. It gives a sense of security, but I bought the fall protection which if you fall you're supposed to be able to alert I have gone down twice and it's not done anything so that would be my dissatisfaction with it.
