I have it on my wrist 24/7, and anytime I go any place I take my charger. I got it for myself 6 weeks ago because my husband just died 7 weeks ago, and I'm alone in the house. I do have some health issues and I just wanted to be safer. I've never used it yet; In the next day or two I'll call in for my monthly check-in but nothing other than that. My son spoke to their representative and he had no problems.

The service is for my mother-in-law, who is elderly and lives alone. She hasn't used it, but it's a comfort for her, to know that it's there if something happens. We actually test the system all the time. It helps her feel more comfortable with the system, and the representatives are always very kind and polite. They're very nice to work with. Thank goodness, I haven't had to use it! I've accidentally pushed the button, and the people on the line were wonderful! My only suggestion towards them would be to resize the button a bit, this way, it's not as easy to hit it. Perhaps a feature where you have to hold it down more than a few seconds to go off, but besides that, it's a wonderful thing to have. I highly recommend for anyone that might need it.

I've used it during the test period, and it was an excellent response! They answered my questions right away, and I really enjoy the service. They're very professional. The devices are on me every day, and I just walk around with it and even shower with it. Medical Guardian provides a great service, but the prices are rather steep. There are a lot of other services that are much cheaper.

My family has the satisfaction that I have this device; they know I can reach for help in case I need it. I just wear the Pendant with the great dot in the center, and also take with me the GPS when I go out. The magnets that hold it together make it easy to release. The agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and he told me about the different things that were available. He also let me know what I could and couldn't do, and helped me select the device that was most appropriate to my needs. I'm only having trouble with the necklace, on the jump ring part. It seems like it will wear out soon.

My son kept asking me, year after year, if I had decided for an alert system for myself. I walk quite some distance to get from the entrance of the gate to my house, and even to my mailbox, so my main concern was the coverage. Actually, I thought there would be a phone included, because they said there would be good speakers included, but I couldn't find the speaker to talk to one of their representatives. I've just used it around my neck, and when it comes to getting a hold of them, I can say that they're very polite and easy to contact. My only suggestion towards Medical Guardian would be that they should make sure they have people that speak clearly and slowly for you, otherwise, it's hard to understand them since we're elderly people.

One thing I like about Medical Guardian is that I put it on my credit card, this way I don't have to worry about paying for it every month. I should've used it the other day I fell, but I completely forgot about it! Although, I do love the fact that I can take the little thing out with me wherever I go. 2 weeks ago, my blood pressure went up, and I called for help with my device. The emergency crew came within 10 minutes, or less, so that was good. I just think that they should extend their area that they can reach the people for the same price a month. I would like to bring it with me when I go to the doctor's office, and not just around my apartment complex.

It works good! It charges good, and I'm very satisfied with it. My daughter purchased it for me because I'm a little unstable, but I've managed to be alright. Every time I go to my garden or to the store for groceries, I bring my system with me. I just think it would be nice if the charge lasted longer than 1 day. I just got a bleeding wound a few days ago, and after punching the emergency button, they responded within 2 minutes with the EMT's coming to help. They also notified my son, and with the EMT's, they took me to the hospital. We spoke to a representative, and that was very interesting. I did an online search about them, and found out that it was the best one on the market! It's such a really good device.

Medical Guardian's system is very responsive. It's for a loved one, and when the button was pushed, there was an instant response from the monitor within the main house, and it was immediately followed by a phone call to me. Also, the representative we spoke to was excellent, and very helpful! He was even able to give me some examples of how they have been used with a family member of his, and gave me more information about the service.

So far it's okay, I check it once a month with the company to make sure if it works, and that's about it so far. Thank God I didn't have any major problem where I'd need to call on it. Once when I had to use it and spoke with a representative, it was quick. He responded, but I didn't need any help; I managed to get up by myself. I put it around my neck during the day time, and I don't use it at night. I just walk with it in the house, so if something happens and I slip and fall, I would be able to call for help. I'm hard of hearing and I am alone in the apartment. I've fallen a couple of times and it was hard to get up, so that's why I got it.

I've only had it not even a month yet, but I'm kind of happy to have it. That is an extra little assurance in case I need help. My brother purchased it for me. He said he was quite satisfied with the process. I just leave the necklace on and I carry the base when I go with me, and when I go out I just put it in a case in my purse. We got Medical Guardian for my husband and myself. I'm at work 5 days a week and my husband is home, so it's just as a precaution. It's kind of a peace of mind. The representatives have been very, very nice and very helpful, and very friendly. My husband accidentally pushed the button and from much to his surprise, they were there immediately. We have the fall alert on it and sometimes it seems it's little sensitive. Everyday when I was putting it back in its charger cradle, I accidentally set it off , and got an immediate response. That's the thing you have to be aware of; My husband and I are very active people, so you have to get accustomed to having it in front of you, because if you carry anything or do certain things, you can accidentally set it off. The response time was remarkable though; it was very surprising.

Their consultant was very helpful, I believe it was Sargent, Robin Sargent. I got Medical Guardian for someone else because he is in hospice and he has COPD, and he is home a lot by himself. He uses it all day long; just getting up and walking around the house and some things, it makes him safer. We haven't used it. The rep we spoke to made it very easy and simple. I live alone, but I have a beach house and I like to be covered while I'm there and while getting to it. I really haven't used it but a little, I haven't had it very long. Thankfully, my mother-in-law has not had to use it, but she wears it around her neck all the time. She's safe and comfortable in the house now, and if she falls, we know somebody will be there to help. The Medical Guardian group has been wonderful to work with. When I test it every month, the people that answer have been very courteous, very thorough and made sure that nothing was wrong. I purchased it for my parents because they're elderly now, and both had strokes already. I know that if something goes wrong, they would call the emergency services. Plus, it's very easy to use, and if they can't get a hold of them, I get a phone call right away so I can go check on them. It helps me sleep at night, and it allows me to be at work without having to worry about my parent's wellbeing.

Unfortunately, I have Parkinson's disease. After several falls, my wife and I decided I needed it, and it's worked just fine so far. If you ask me about the representatives, I would say they were great! They explained everything and were very helpful. They told me how everything works, and explained the key box and how to test it. They're just very well and very professional. I was very happy with them. I think they're better than any others that I talked to, and I like the fact that all of their operatives are here in the US, so that was good to hear.

Speaking to the representatives was great! Everyone was very helpful, and definitely provided us all the information we needed. My mother actually fell this weekend, and the experience was awesome! She pushed the button, and they responded immediately and got emergency services there. I think everything is great! Starting with the initial customer service representatives, when it came to buying it, to the actual shipping of the devices, to the ease of how to set it up and use it. I've only spoken with Medical Guardian once, really, and it was a very positive experience; the person was very patient and caring. I got the device for myself, I'm in my early 80's and I live alone and I'm always afraid of my fall or somebody even may try break in on me. I have not it had that long, and I have not had to use it yet. Wearing it, my day is absolutely normal. I get up and go over round doing my usual household routine, I go out, go shopping; just a regular normal life.

We got it for someone else because she has fallen in the past. Both of us wear it during the day. We just started it last week and we simply tested it by calling and just telling the person who answered that we were testing it. He was very courteous and answered it right away. When I said that it was a test and he said "Thank you for calling.." and that everything is working fine. We have not had to used it in an emergency but we feel good about having that just in case we should have to call for help.

We purchased Medical Guardian for my 81-year-old mother. She wears the wristband every day, all day. Whenever she goes out of the house, she takes the little GPS box with her, in case something happens. The reps? They were great! When I initially reached out for more information, they called back within like 30 minutes. We ordered everything and got it between 8 and 9 days. Besides that, I would recommend to add a more descriptive user guide. A more general description of which device is used for what, is one thing that could have helped my mother.

Speaking to them was wonderful! The representative answered all my questions, and I told him that I would get back with him in two weeks. He only called me once a week to check on me, just as I had requested. My mother was in rehab, so I couldn't really buy it just yet, and he fulfilled all my expectations. A couple of companies I checked before Medical Guardian still keep calling me. I would definitely recommend the representative I spoke with. and I would give him the highest marks you could possibly give somebody.

My body aches too much, mostly because I fall frequently, so I thought this was the best option. First of all, the representatives were really nice. I haven't used it because I've been trying not to fall, but I would definitely recommend it. I would suggest anybody that's over 59 to own a device like this. We haven't had to use the service for an emergency, but it worked just fine during the test run. Besides, we spoke to some very nice and professional people. I guess we're only worried about how the police or paramedics will get into our house in case of an emergency. Since the service is for a loved one, she was really considering a service that provided a keypad outside the door. We really thought this was part of the process when we spoke to the young man, but it was just the necklace and the box.

It's very simple to set up, there's really nothing hard about it. I don't see why anybody would have any problems. On top of that, the've been very helpful. Every time I checked the unit to make sure it was responding, they were there to help. Although their sales representatives were a little too pushy, I think the service itself is very good. At first I thought you could talk into the button, but then I realized that you had to go over to the machine to talk. My mom was falling a lot and she lives alone. So I we decided to get her a medical alert device. I found Medical guardian, I don't remember what product it is yet because I have never personally used it. But I know that she is happy with it so far. Once my mother dropped the pendant setting off the alarm. She got a call immediately and I got a text letting me know that the alarm went of. I'm glad it was an accident but it is nice to know that the product works. I give them a 10.

I did some research online for my father in law. He has been getting up in years so we were concerned about him. I wanted to make sure he had a system that was accessible where he could just push a button and get service inside or outside his home. The wait time for an operator to respond when my mother fell was longer than expected. The call number from medical guardian showed as spam on our cell phones when my mom fell. We finally received a call on a landline from the local 911 dispatch letting us know what was going on with our mother.

My mother pushed her button and had immediate service. They then went down our call list to reach us. The issue was she blacked out and fell. It didn't register her fall like we were told. She layed there for over 3 hours before she woke and was able to push the button.
