I got it for my father who's 90 years old. I liked the lock box because if something were to happen to him they will be able to get in and help him out. I haven't needed to call them a lot, but they have been very supportive and helpful whenever I do. We've only had to use it once, but things worked out well that time. It gives us peace of mind, that's for sure.

I went online looking for services. I liked the idea of the GPS features since I'm 82 years old and I go out all the time. I haven't had to use it, but I check on in to make sure that it works and that they know where I am. Typically I don't wear it all the time, but I take it with me when I go out of town, visit my wife in the nursing home where she lives, or just when I take the dogs out to walk. I like that it's small in size but that it can still hear me if I'm 30 or 40 ft away from the base unit. I'm hoping that I'll be able to continue walking my dogs in the woods, so it's good to have.

They were the only service that had just one device for everything, others had two or three different ones. That's why I picked them, with just one piece I am covered everywhere I go, it doesn't matter if I'm in my house or if I go out. It's easy to put the button on the charger when I go to bed at night and when I get up it's good to go. I've never had to use it but I test it twice a month. They have answered fairly quickly when I do that, so I imagine that in a real emergency they will be quick too.

I picked them primarily because of the reviews and ranking it had. It was just supposed to be one of the top companies out there. I'm happy to say that I haven't had the opportunity to use it so far, but I have it around and it has been operational since I got it. It has delivered on all the promises they made. Everyone has been great and they've been very transparent about everything. I have no reason to believe that it won't work, it's a very reliable service.

I did quite a lot of research and they seemed to have the best reviews so I got it for my father in law. He's 86 years old and wears it all the time. They give you the option of wearing the bracelet or the pendant, so it's convenient that way. It's very easy to understand how to use them too. Everyone I've talked to from customer support has been excellent.

I shopped around online for a bit and they came up as the best. I haven't had to use it yet though. I wear the pendant all the time, even when I shower. It's easy to use and makes the most sense, I just got to press the button. The only time I called them they were at the doorstep within fifty minutes. It was a good way to see that it would work. That's about the only experience I've had though. Price-wise it's reasonable, it was one of the better priced ones we found. Though I can't put value on something like this.

It sounded like a good thing to me so I just got one. They have been very polite and answer all my questions. I had to use it once when I was coming out of the bathroom and tripped. I fell face first but I still managed to press the button on my necklace immediately. I didn't have to wait very long for them to come on the monitor station. My daughter came in and they sent the ambulance. I had to go to the hospital since it had been a bad fall and I had a black eye. I couldn't believe that I hadn't broken anything, but it worked out well. I feel very safe having it on.

Based on the reviews and the pricing, we decided it would be a good idea to get it. I've never had to use it for an emergency but the thing is a little heavy since it's basically a cellphone. I haven't had to deal with customer service much, but they're very friendly. I think it's good value. I used to have something before that was a little less expensive but it didn't offer me the convenience of having something around my neck that I could use to speak into.

My daughter investigated several devices and came up with this one, so we got it. I used to have one that would go off every time I leaned over anything. This one is way better about that since I have to mash the button to set the alarm off. I wear it constantly, though I haven't had to use it. Still, I trust that it'll do what it should. Since I live all alone it's nice to have something that is there all time time in case I fall down or can't move. All I need to do is grab it to get help. I just feel more secure.

My daughter is the one that did the research and found a lot more positive stuff about them than about other companies. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it. I do essentially wear it all the time though. The device is a bit larger than what I thought it would be, but it's working ok. It's supposed to be able to detect falls and get 911 for me. I really haven't had a need to contact support just yet, but they were good when we had to do the initial support.

My wife was having some balance problems and it was getting worst. We looked around for this kind of device since we wanted one and Medical Guardian seemed to have what we needed. I've only had it running for a couple of weeks. I love the device since it's pretty self contained. We used to have another one that had a smaller and lighter pendant, but you had to be near the base station for it to actually work and to talk to their people. With this one it's all in one piece. Since we got it for her she has fallen twice. When that has happened they call and do whatever is necessary, including calling the 911 folks. It's quite good and it does exactly what I expected it to do. I don't have any complaints about it.

The service was recommended to us so we went with it. He wears it when I go out to do shopping and things like that. We haven't had to use it yet to call the emergency people. We've called to do tests and stuff though and they seem to have a very good response time. They were also very helpful on how to get things going. My mother used to have one that would not hold the charge all day long, but this one is so much better than that. It's more reliable and cheaper, so it's worth the money.

I went with them since the other one I was looking at was really expensive. That and everyone was saying I should just go with this one since they were cheaper. I got it mostly because I was encouraged to do so. I haven't had to use it, but I keep it with me just in case. I'm still getting used to bringing it with me wherever I go. Sometimes I go out with the piece around my neck but forget to take the piece that you use to communicate with them. It's got a bit of a learning curve. Every time I needed them they have been very accommodating and helpful. Their attitude seems to be just what it needs to be. It's an efficient service.

I was having a lot of issues and medical problems at the time, so when I saw it on T.V. I decided to give them a call. On an occasion I fell and couldn't get up for about 30 minutes or so. I looked online and asked people their opinion as well before getting it. There was like a dollar or two of difference between them and other companies, so price wasn't really an issue. What mattered to me was their response time. When I had customer support do the set up I got a good response that came in a timely manner. It was all handled very nicely over the phone and they were very patient with me. We haven't had to use it but I wear it every day. It's a good thing.

At the time I was pretty desperate trying to find something that would be helpful. I had just fallen and was on the floor for seven hours because I had nothing to contact people. Someone mentioned it to me so I went ahead and called them. It's all working well, so far I haven't had any problem. They respond pretty well. I set it off accidentally a couple of times and they were very quick to respond. They made sure I was alright and it went ok. I'm glad I have it, especially after the incident that I mentioned. I feel much better now.

We wanted to get something that my daughter could take with her instead of limiting her to the house. At first we had some issues with the equipment. Even though they were very nice and helpful, the thing kept saying that it wasn't charged. It took us almost two weeks to get them to send us a new one and send the other one back. After that apparently they called another family member about it and told them that I hadn't sent it back...Still, I'm very confident with it. I liked the fact that I could get text messages saying that the thing needed to be charged. We are confident that it would do what it's supposed to when we need it.

I found it on the internet and saw it had fall protection. Since that was one of the main reasons I needed it for my mother I decided to get it. She uses it every day and its very comfortable. It's nice to know that everything she needs is bundled up in a nice and neat little package. They have been very responsive to any alert that comes up. The person that helped me set it up was very cordial and patient with me. It was all very smoothly done. The device is also easy to use. The only negative is that it's very sensitive so it picks up on every little thing that might qualify like a fall. This includes getting out of bed or rolling on it. Still, I'd rather have that than have it not pick up an actual fall.

My husband had just had a knee replacement so I needed something like it in case we needed it. I just looked it up online and since it had a good rating I just went with them. The first time I called them, the person that I dealt with was very knowledgeable. We've never had to use it, but he wears it everyday. The device is ok but I do think the strap of the watch could be a little bit thicker than what it is. I've tested it and someone has answered right away, but other than that I have no idea how good they actually are.

I actually got it for my father who passed away recently. He had a lot of health problems and was in and out of the hospital. When I found about Medical Guardian I thought it would make it a little bit easier for him. He used it once last Saturday since he was having severe chest pain and couldn't talk or breath. I went with them because of the evaluations that they had online. Fortunately I haven't had to use it yet, knock on wood there, but I know that it's there if I ever need it. Everything is fine with it and I wear it every day, it's always fully charged. The device is very small so it's not obvious that I'm wearing it. Based on consumer reports they were the highest rated service, so we went with it. The person that wears it lives in a retirement community on her own and is very active at 93 years old. She just wears it in case she slips and falls. So far she hasn't had to use it yet, but she has accidentally set it off a couple of times. The device is small and it has a long battery life, which is better than the one we had beforehand. We haven't had any issues with it.

Earlier this year I had a fall where I injured myself, that was when I decided that I needed something like this. The second time I fell I decided I didn't want to spend the rest of the night on the floor after that, so I thought I'd better get someone to help me out. Especially since I live by myself. I called a couple of other companies and Medical Guardian seemed to be the most proactive at answering the phone. They didn't try to force an agreement with me, they just answered my questions. I've had it for less than a month so I haven't had to use it as of yet. Still, it's all well worth the time, effort, and money that I've spent on it. It's convenient for me.

I was already inundated with heart monitors so I couldn't have anything else on my chest. They were the first company that I found that could provide me with a risk alarm that I could wear on my wrist. I've never had to use it but apparently I hit the button once accidentally. They called me about it and were very pleasant and accommodating. I just explained the situation to them and things were perfectly okay. They did keep me on the phone for a few minutes asking me a lot of questions to make sure I was fine. I was very much impressed by that.

Unfortunately I have had to use my medical guardian two times because I needed assistance. I received assistance in a matter of minutes. I was very relieved. I am 77 and still trying to live alone and medical guardian gives my children some comfort knowing EMT's will be called and be here for me way before they could be here to help me. I am very happy. installation was very easy and I can take this with me if I go somewhere else to stay.

So far have had no problems with my gps alert at all. Service is great and GPS works perfectly. Was hoping charge would last longer than 3 days but as I am extremely active I guess I use more GPS signal power than a sedentary individual? Truthfully it really only takes about 3 hours to fully charge so that is excellent! Highly recommend this brand for anyone considering one of these devices.

So far so good, I got it a few months ago and it has been fabulous. It's just a relief to me. Its a way for me to work at home and worst case scenario all we've got to do is push the button and they'll take care of it for me. I haven't had to use it yet thank god, but they are good. They went out of their way to provide something for families and loved ones that can keep us from being alone if we have a heart attack. I haven't talked much to customer support but I'm sure I will and that we'll have a great relationship. Doesn't get much better than that.

It was the right one for me. I don't use it much though, I just have it on my wrist and that's it. It makes me feel secure to have it though. I've tested it, of course, but that's it. I got it after seeing an advertisement for it on TV, so I got it for my aunt and set it up for her. Actually, the young man that helped me set it up was very helpful and informative. We've only had it for about a month but it has been working wonderfully. The one time when my aunt had to use it it worked well. She got the help she needed immediately after pushing the button. She has the wrist band, the one in the bathroom, and the big machine. With all of those all she has to do is push the button, it's very easy.

The device is for my mother. She hasn't had to use it yet, but customer service is very courteous. They do monthly checks to make sure that everything is working well. Whenever we call for any reason everyone is very courteous and they are always calling my mother to make sure she's fine. The only minus is that there's a bit of transferring between departments when you call them. The device itself is adorable and very easy to wear. When the base unit was malfunctioning they were able to tell and called us immediately. When we had to replace the unit they were also very efficient about that. We know that they're looking out for us.

We actually had to change the order before we could set up the device because we moved to a different house. They were super easy to deal with. I'm really happy with them. Customer service was great at showing us how to use it. They showed my mother how to use it so she can get familiar with it and understand it. The device itself is simple to use, plus it's large enough that it's hard to miss. The light and speakers are also bright and loud so that's good. My mother fell in the bathroom once so I had to push it then, so it was ok. They have gone above and beyond in everything.

I got it for my mom who has dementia. I've helped her test it so she can get familiar with it and the customer service people have explained everything to us. They're real good. The only thing that I don't like about it is that she has to hold the button down for a certain amount of time for it to start the alarm. I know that otherwise she could bump it accidentally and they'd be calling me all the time, but I don't think that's terribly bad. For a person with dementia, those kinds of instructions might not work.
