It covers what we need and with the GPS it gives the person that uses it mobility as long as he takes the little speaker with him. The device is very convenient. He has the watch and the lanyard, as well as the little speaker box and the main base. We also got the lock box since we like the idea. On top of that they also check in with us to make sure things work and they've been very good to us. Everyone in the family feels safe because my dad and aunt wear it. So far it has been a good experience.

We got it for my father in law since he's a widower and is not in the best of health. When we set it all up, they were right there, answering all the questions I had and making sure it was all working properly. He currently has the bracelet and also the part that has the GPS tracking since he's pretty mobile. It's great that he can have it with him in case of emergencies.

I got it after I had fallen in my little apartment. I tried to find the phone and it took me an hour and a half to find it and get help. After that, my sister insisted I get a button. It was very simple to order online and get it all set up. The price was also good, since it costs me 39.95 a month with my insurance, which is reasonable. I feel comfortable using it since I fall a lot. It puts my mind at ease to know that I can get help. So far I haven't had to use it, and I hope I don't, but I will keep it.

We liked the GPS location feature that lets you use it outside of the home. My mother just received it a week ago and started using it. The only thing that has happened since then was that I received some text messages about my mother's device needing to be charged. I was confused so I called them and was able to figure out very easily that the charger was not plugged all the way in. It wasn't really an issue, but they did let me know about it.

The main reason why I changed from another similar service was because the necklace I used to have was too heavy around my neck. So far I haven't had any problems with them. The first person I talked to made the service real quick, they mailed me everything, and it was all easy to hook up. They did send me the necklace when I thought I had ordered the wrist piece, so I'm going to call them back to get it sorted out. Everything else in the package is comfortable for me and easy to carry. I like the fact that I can travel with the device and, if anything goes wrong, I can notify them.

I got them because it could keep track of me nationwide. If I had a problem away from home, they can send me help. I haven't had it for too long, but I tested it while I was at the coast to see how it works and I was very pleased with it. They have answered all of my questions and have been quick to reply with the tests. I like the little belt hole strip that I can stick right on my belt and keep it with me wherever I go. It was the best bargain out there.

I live in a kind of isolated area. I was on a different medical alert service before, but it did not work out here. That's why we called Medical Guardian and it works all the way out here. The people that set it all up were very friendly and helpful. Luckily I haven't had to use it yet. I try and test it once a month but other things come up and I forget to call them sometimes. Still, I've been very happy with it, so I'm hoping everything will be good with it.

I've only called them once to do a check up, which I try and do the first of every month. I did trip once on a telephone wire, and the device detected the fall. They went and called me and the 3 people I had in my contact list to make sure I was alright. It was a great response, even though it had just been an error. Right now I'm just hoping that the box is going to be loud enough where I placed it for me to talk to them if I fall, but I haven't had any problems with hearing them at this moment. My family feels more secure now, especially since they all work and stuff. We all have more peace of mind.

On a normal day I get up in the morning at 6 or 5 o'clock and put it on. I wear it while I feed the dogs, take a walk on my own, and even when I'm just watching television. When I go back to bed at night, I just put it on the charger. Their customer support is fairly decent. I've called them on 3 or 4 occasions and they've answered the phone right away and give me someone to talk to. When I first received the device, they gave me an older model that didn't quite work, it wouldn't charge, so they replaced it for me. They did that in about 3 days and it went fantastically. Unfortunately, the second unit they sent didn't work either and it took us 4 or 5 days to figure out what was going on. They sent me a third unit, the one I have right now, and it has been working well. They were very prompt in the delivery though. I'm happy with the service.

The way the salesman described everything, it seemed like something I could really use considering I'm on a wheelchair. Since months pass between the times people come and check on me, I thought I needed to have someone that could come and help me if I ever fell. Otherwise I would be waiting for months. The device itself is lightweight and easy to keep track of. I use the necklace pendant and it's water resistant, which is a good thing. I can wear it in the bath just in case an accident happens there and I don't have to worry about getting it wet.

We got it since we use AT&T and the service offered the best connection to it. The equipment they got for my father was exactly like what they told me it was going to be. They were awesome and they set it all up really quickly. They also call us back fast when we need them. It gives my father more mobility to be out and about the countryside rather than being stuck in the house. The only thing is that we don't like the band that goes on his wrist. It's too hard on my dad's hands since they don't fit him.

The salesperson I talked to when I was buying the device was very knowledgeable and very nice. That plus the fact that it has comprehensive coverage made me decide to go with it. I can take it with me to the gym or when I go on walks in the morning. I had an instance a couple of weeks ago where I inadvertently pressed the button. When we called to know more about the service, the young lady that responded was very responsive. Instead of going on and on telling us about the company, she listened to what I needed and gave us options that would work for us. I liked that a lot. Even when the accidentally forgot to include the wristbands with our packet, they fixed the problem and sent them to us right away. It was instantaneous and done right. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Now my husband wears it all the time and I carry my cellphone with me as well. I know that if he needs help, I will know.

I've only had the device for about 3 weeks, but it gives me real security. I wear it all the time, using the wrist one on at night and wearing it around my neck during the day. The customer service is also great. I had to call them twice because I believed my device's alarm was going off while I was home. We are a brand new users and the customer service has been excellent. The person that enrolled us was super helpful and personable. My experience with them during the tests and notifications has been extremely helpful and they have been really friendly. My only complain is that the device only works within a certain number of feet from the unit itself, so if the person goes on a short walk they would be beyond the active range. Other than that the service is good as it helps those who need it as well as the people who take care of them.

I think it is wonderful. My family and I feel more comfortable with it, and I feel like I can walk in the yard without worrying about falling. Since I fall a lot, use a walking cane, have seizures, and post concussion syndrome, this device helps me continue with my life. My only complain is that the pendant is really fragile and breaks really easily if it falls.

My mother has taken to wearing it around her neck. She has pressed the button accidentally a few times but the customer service staff is always quick to respond, very courteous and knowledgeable. My only complain is that, well, my mother is hard of hearing. When customer support called her, even though the device was on her neck, my mother couldn't hear them. Aside from that. far I'm happy with it and I would recommend it to other people that need the same thing for their parents.

I enjoy the service because it lets me feel safe and confident. I'm in my own home alone most of the time, and it is nice to know that the device is there for me. It gives me a freedom that I didn't have and I'm not afraid anymore. I have even taken the device on my pocket with me to Smoky Mountain. As for customer service, the person that I talked to listened to me and was genuinely interested in fixing my problem, and she did. She was very reassuring, nice, and pleasant. The main reason I have this is because I'm alone a lot of days taking care of my young grandchild. I wear it during the day and keep it next to my bed at night. Customer support was really courteous and quick in setting it up and checking that the device worked. I hope I'll never have to use it but I know that if there's any accident were I need help or I've fallen, they can help me. There's no way to put a value on having somebody there for you when you need them.

I had problems with my shoulder and saw the device advertised on the internet. It seemed like a good option. I figured out how to do a test, and the people answered immediately and were very polite. The little neck pendant makes me feel safe and comfortable. I know that I can call somebody to help me even if I live alone and have no family. I can alert them and get an answer intermediately if something happens while I'm at home or on my yard. I've only had the device for a little over 2 months, and I finally figured out how to do a test.

I was advised to wear the pendant rather than the armband because I have had many strokes. I was told it would be safer to rely on the pendant, and I've done that so far. I appreciated the advice, since it was something I wouldn't have thought of. Even though I haven't had an occasion to use it I think it's trustworthy. We've only tested the device so far but it's very convenient and handy. Since it's on a watch on your wrist you can just click on it. I think the simplicity of it is a really big thing, especially for elderly people. It was quick to be shipped here and it had perfect instructions on how to plug it in and get started. I had some problems ordering it online, so I ended up calling to order it through the phone. I wished I had done that from the beginning, they were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I accidentally hit the button one day and I right away told them that it was just a mistake, their representatives are very nice. I'm just amazed on how easy it is to talk to them, they were very good. You can put the alarming device in your purse, now I can be drive to my son's house for over ten hours and I know I have that in and I can get help If I need it. I like the fact that it has a GPS and that it would call the ambulance and my children in case they're not around. I love Medical Guardian.

The wearable equipment is convenient, comfortable and stylish enough to continue wearing with out embarrassment. It worked perfectly when we used it! The operator got the rescue squad on the way, and it worked exactly like we needed it to. It worked like a charm! I also test the system every once in a while, and everybody is always polite. It just works wonderful. I would only recommend that they should notify the family a little bit faster. I live close to my father, who uses the system, and I arrived almost at the same time as they did because they didn't call me earlier.

It was a simple device that she could carry with her everywhere, without needing a whole lot of other complicated connections. It was an easy to use product, and they had great consumer ratings. We switched to Medical Guardian because they had a lot of features that the one I was using before doesn't have. So far I'm pleased with what I've gotten, and how it should work if I need it. It was purchased for me by my daughter because she couldn't be with me all the time. She wanted to make sure that I could get help if I needed it, since I've had a couple of medical problems in the past. Thank God I haven't had to use it yet. I wear it all day, everyday, in case something happens. I take the GPS thing whenever I leave the house. I go to doctor's appointments and therapy appointments and once in a while I get to go out for lunch while wearing it.

I have it on my wrist 24/7, and anytime I go any place I take my charger. I got it for myself 6 weeks ago because my husband just died 7 weeks ago, and I'm alone in the house. Thank goodness, I haven't had to use it! I've accidentally pushed the button, and the people on the line were wonderful! My only suggestion towards them would be to resize the button a bit, this way, it's not as easy to hit it. Perhaps a feature where you have to hold it down more than a few seconds to go off, but besides that, it's a wonderful thing to have. I highly recommend for anyone that might need it.

My family has the satisfaction that I have this device; they know I can reach for help in case I need it. I just wear the Pendant with the great dot in the center, and also take with me the GPS when I go out. The magnets that hold it together make it easy to release. The agent I spoke to was very knowledgeable, and he told me about the different things that were available. He also let me know what I could and couldn't do, and helped me select the device that was most appropriate to my needs. I'm only having trouble with the necklace, on the jump ring part. It seems like it will wear out soon.

My son kept asking me, year after year, if I had decided for an alert system for myself. I walk quite some distance to get from the entrance of the gate to my house, and even to my mailbox, so my main concern was the coverage. Actually, I thought there would be a phone included, because they said there would be good speakers included, but I couldn't find the speaker to talk to one of their representatives. I've just used it around my neck, and when it comes to getting a hold of them, I can say that they're very polite and easy to contact. My only suggestion towards Medical Guardian would be that they should make sure they have people that speak clearly and slowly for you, otherwise, it's hard to understand them since we're elderly people.

I just think that they should extend their area that they can reach the people for the same price a month.
