When I pressed the button on my equipment they responded quickly enough. I have no problems with my equipment, it's just excellent. Actually, that was one of the main reason I got them. I know a lot of people that have this and they were satisfied with it, so I got it as well. I also like that it has the GPS since I can always have a way to communicate with someone if I need to.

My son was the one that decided to get it and I've been happy with it so far. I have a chain around my neck so, if anything happens, it would call Medical Guardian and get the emergency people for me. They've actually called me twice to ask if I was alright, which means that on two different occasions the button got bumped into something. I feel pretty secure and comfortable knowing that there's someone there looking after me. I've been pleased and satisfied with it so far.

My daughter looked into several companies out there and decided that Medical Guardian offered the best benefits, so I got it. I put it around my neck as soon as I get up in the morning. I only take it off when I go to bed or when I take a bath. I've already fallen once since I got it. I called them and they sent out the emergency services for me. They were very nice and quick to come out here and help me get up. They provided me with a good service.

Customer service has been fantastic. Whenever we've needed to talk with them they've been available. They've also been extremely helpful when we have questions. Everyone has been very dependable, we've even been notified when the battery of the device gets low. I feel very secure with my father having it since I know that somebody will be there for him if he needs it.

We investigated online and looked at reviews and ratings until we found what we wanted to get for my dad. Everything that I was told when I got it was very accurate. Every time we check to make sure that everything is connected and working, they respond and things work. Even when he lost the thing, they sent us another one immediately. My dad uses it whenever he's home alone. He feels very secure having it around his neck.

My daughter was the one that happened to read about it. She liked the sound of it and since I'm in Florida and I live on my own she wanted me to have it as safety. I'm 89 and I do a lot of walking, usually just a couple of miles, so I take it with me when I do that. I feel much safer walking with it, even if it's just inside my condo. Usually, I put it around my neck in case something happens, even while I'm in bed at night. I depend on it so much.

It had the best benefits for the best price. I've never had to use it I mean we test it once a month and all but we never used it. Anytime we've ever had questions or called or any concerns are all they've answered all the questions and taking care of everything. I think its very efficient I mean it works every time you know and one time my mom some reason it had malfunctioned and like reported a call.

I got it for my mother since it had everything she needed. She had just had hip replacement and lived by herself, so I wanted it to give us both some peace of mind. I needed to get it almost by the next day since I was traveling to see her. They ended up making a mistake on the delivery and the package didn't get to me on time. I used to have a different button and that one just kept breaking down. I couldn't count on it as far as I knew, so I switched to Medical Guardian. I've been very happy with it so far. If I have any problem at all, they address it immediately. They're very considerate of my needs. I've never really had to use it for anything other than checking it to make sure it works but I wear it all the time. I think it's worth the price.

When we called them to get more information about the program we were very satisfied with what they gave us. They had what we needed, so we just got it. We've only used it to check in with them. It only took them a few minutes to respond to see if there was any problem. We just had to tell them it was a check in and that was that. If we were to need them, I'm sure they'd be there for us.

We have it because we basically live in the middle of the woods in Oregon. My husband only goes out of town for business so I needed to have something for those occasions. I haven't had to use it, but I've tested it a couple of times and someone always responds. I haven't had to use it yet, but typically I just keep the unit close to wherever I'm sitting. I'd like it to be waterproof so I could wear it in the shower. Though I don't really wear the pendant since I have a sleep disorder and have been known to just take off and leave it somewhere. They were very competitive when it came to the price and the features that they had, so I went with it. I had a stroke once and things didn't go that well, so I started looking at all the services out there. Since they had the best options, I got it. I haven't had to use it yet, but I feel secure having it. If I have a stroke or if I need to go to the doctor for an emergency, I can use it. The button is easy to use. Besides, I also liked the fact that you didn't have to have a land phone since that meant it could protect me anywhere, not just inside the house. I was impressed with what I read about Medical Guardian. Since it was relatively inexpensive in comparison to other plans, I just decided to go with it. It has been excellent so far. I haven't had to use it yet, but I wear it all day long and take it out with me. When I've inadvertently set off the alarm, I always get a quick response. There have been a couple of times that I called them with questions and they gave me the answers I needed immediately. I was extremely happy with that. I feel comfortable with them and I know that if I need them for an emergency, things will work fine.

We were looking online and my daughter and I decided that Medical Guardian was the one we needed, so we signed up. Usually I wear the watch instead of the necklace because I'm on oxygen and the necklace can get tangled up with that. Sometimes I do carry the necklace in my pocket, but that's it. Thank goodness I haven't had to use it yet, but when I accidentally pressed the button they were very nice about it all. The only thing is that sometimes I forget to bring the main piece with me whenever I go out. I have to really make it a point to bring it with me because I've walked out without it.

To be honest, my daughter was the one that did the research and got it for me. Setting everything up was very easy to do and customer service took care of me right away. My son was actually the one that bought this for me. I haven't really fallen and I've talked to my son about it since I don't think I'm very likely to fall in the future. I've called them a bunch of times just for practice to make sure it works but that has been it. We've stuck it out though and decided to keep it and see what happens. The only thing that bothers me about it is that it works fine within the apartment, but if I go outside it's just useless.

I got it because I can use it anywhere I go in the United States. I just have to carry the little thing wherever I go and that's what I do. I haven't had a reason to use it but I know it works. I've pushed it accidentally and they've responded right away and asked me if I needed help. It's a little expensive, but I get to have both the little receiver and the part that I can take with me when I travel. Plus, I also get the lock boxes so that if I fall in my house somebody can come and get me without breaking in. All that gives me more protection for when I'm home. It's a comfort to have it.

I live by myself in a two story house, so I go up and down a lot on my own. That's why I wanted to have something for safety and, based on the price and the security that they offered, I picked them. I wear it around my neck whenever I'm moving between the two floors or when I'm cleaning. I had just lost my husband at the time and I felt like I needed to have something like a medical alert system. My daughter researched it and found them for me. Since they had the best features, we went with it. Fortunately I haven't had to use it, but it gives me comfort to know that it's there if I do. I have two different buttons because of some sale or promotion I took. The watch that I received fell apart very quickly and right now I'm in the process of renewing it, though they didn't mention anything about getting new equipment and how that would work. So I'm waiting on that, especially since the necklace gets tangled up often. Another problem that I've found is that when I test my equipment it takes a while before someone comes on the phone to talk to me. It's still a great comfort to have it on me at all times when I'm alone.

My daughter is a registered nurse and we decided this one was what we wanted. I wear the bracelet at all times. On an occasion I was cleaning snow off my car and accidentally hit the button without realizing it. Apparently they called me back, but since I didn't recognize the number I thought it was a telemarketer and didn't answer. Shortly after, both my daughter and the fire department showed up to my house because they thought something had happened. I was very satisfied with it.

Both the price and the fact that it didn't need to be connected to the landline were the things that convinced me of getting it. When we were setting it all up, they were very patient with me. When the call got cut off, I called back and talked to a different person that helped me out. I'm 70 years old and have some health issues. Since I live alone there have been occasions where I fall and can't get up or get help. The cost was probably the main reason why we got it for my mother in law. Even though my husband is retired and is at home most of the time, she has it so she can wear it at night. I had a different system that didn't really work that well. I ended up finding Medical Guardian by accident and switching to them. Everything that the salesman told us came true. I carry the GPS bit in my pocket when I go out. It's very convenient and easy to put on and carry. I test the button incessantly and they've been right on every time. They have all my information correctly. The amount of money that I pay isn't really important at this point, it's worth my health.

I picked it for my mother because they have the ability to let you speak with a person in real time. The patient can speak directly to them and they check to see if it was a false alarm or if they really need help. My daughter in law was the one that picked it. Both her mother and I are 90 and 89 years old and we live on our own. That's why she thought we should have one of these. The button has gone off twice before while I was eating breakfast. As soon as I bumped the thing I got an answer from them. Later I learned that that happened because the cord was too long, so my son went and shortened it for me. Now it sits at a good length. I'd like to know if I actually have to wear it all the time or if I can take it off.

I got it for my elderly mother since it didn't require a contract. That way, when I leave the house, I know she has a way to contact someone if there's an emergency of some sort. She can get help right away and is safe and protected. When we called them to set things up they responded very quickly. There's no automation and they were just very courteous. They helped us do the set up and it was alright. The button is simple and easy to use and we also have the lock on the door that emergency service people can use to get into the house to help her.

The information that I found online was what convinced me of getting it. I wear the wristband all the time and I take the box unit with me when I leave the house. Customer service has been pretty good. Anytime I've accidentally tripped, the alarm goes off and they answer quite quickly. The old service I had didn't go very far from where I lived and my kids wanted me to be able to go anywhere. That's why I took Medical Guardian. I haven't had any falls yet but I'm glad I have it since I'm 97 and I live out in the country. We got family in St. Charles and, after my sister passed away, they didn't want me to live by myself. I had fallen several times before, once I even ended up going to the emergency room because of it. I had a bad fall and took a painful hit. So, when I heard about this advertised on television, I thought it would be best to get it. I think it's all really good. You never know when you're going to fall or when something might happen. With this you can have someone there right away instead of having to wait for hours on the floor.

It was a real surprise when I got it. My son and daughter in law wanted me to have this device and I agreed to it. I really appreciate the security of having the device. I don't feel I'm in a Hhealth situation where it is critical for me, but I'm with a group and we've all agreed to get it so I'm glad to have it. My only issue is having trouble finding a nice-looking chain to wear the neck pendant because the brown cord is not so fashionable. Then again, unless I'm carrying the speaker device with me everywhere I go in my large office building, it's not much use having the neck pendant because I can't communicate if the button were pressed. I'm not a purse carrier and there's only so much stuff that can go in my pockets! So I'm still working this part out. The device and the service, however, are great. Thank you.

Customer support helped me set everything up and make sure that everything was working. When I tested my unit they contacted me immediately. They've also called me right away when my grandson accidentally activated the alarm. They've done a good job. I'm happy with this service and I feel I'm getting what I paid for, but I think it's a shame that Medicaid just won't pay for it.
