They came on real quick when it went off. I've tested a couple times and everything works just like it's supposed to. It doesn't go any farther than my mailbox, if I have it on and I take a little walk and we'll go farther than my mailbox. It won't pick up if I fall.

It was tested once by accident when it got pushed by my seat belt. I dislike the flashing lights all the time. It does definitely help when it flashes red and you know you've got to charge it, but the constant blinking is the only part I really don't like.

I like it. It's easy to use and it gives you feeling of security. The people at Medical Guaridan are prompt, courteous and direct to the point. I set it off when I was in Reno,Nevada just to see if would still work there and it did just fine, just like it does here in Texas.

I'm not particularly crazy about the cord that holds it. Because they advise that you wear this in the shower and then it takes forever for it to dry. In the setup process they were very efficient. They're definitely very affordable.

It took me a while to get used to the fact that the flashing pink meant that I needed to charge my device. I wear it all the time, even to bed and in the shower obviously, it's always there and it's lightweight and it's not it's not at all cumbersome, considering that I wear it all the time.

I like it, but to me it seems to be so heavy to wear it all day long around your neck. I went to charge it and it fell on the floor accidentally and someone did immediately called to see if I was alright, which I thought that was wonderful.

When I fell they responded in a timely manner. The paramedics got here and and took care of me, so that was a good thing. The only thing I have that might be a little concerned is that you have to constantly recharge the unit every three days.

This is my mother's medical device, I answer calls for her. But she can take it anywhere and it works. That's a nice benefit. She's only misued it a couple times where she accidentally pressed the button and they were very prompt.

I've tested a couple times and somebody has responded almost immediately and was knowledgeable with knowing my location, so it was a reassuring. I thought I had lost it and I called my insurance and they said they would ship me a new one. I called on Saturday and it was there by Monday, so I was quite happy.

The only thing is that worries me is that it doesn't seem to stay charged like it should unless I'm misunderstanding or I don't know. I talked to a girl and she was absolutely wonderful and she has the patience of a Saint because I really looked into a lot of pieces like that trying to decide which was the best and she was very patient with me. When I tested it it was fine and they came right on and I said well I'm just testing it and just started using it and that was fine.

It's reasonably priced. They're extremely efficient and answered quickly, they're concerned and question you firmly to assure you are okay. It's easy to use, works pretty good. They have different options that you can wear around your neck or wrist.

I like it. I think it's high quality. I'm satisfied with it. When it's time I put it on the charger and charges. When I call I get some live person on the other end and I like that. I accidentally pushed it one time and someone came on and asked if I needed help. I said, no I accidentally pushed it and I didn't mean to push it. It's working. I had a faulty charger, but they sent me a new one.

They do answer quickly in case it gets bumped or alarm goes off so I appreciate that. I tried the necklace around the neck one first that kind of bothered me so now I used the bracelet one but it gets in the way of my watch but you know can't have everything I guess so that's what I use now is the bracelet one. It went off accidentally it's about three times and I bumped it and they answered within a few seconds to see if I was all right. I'm satisfied with it.

The only worry I have is if we lose our all our power and stuff because it's connected to the electric or the phone and I have a land line that it's connected into that and sometimes when it storms we lose power and lose our phones and when it rains or storms and stuff like that. So far nothing like that has happened. Anyone I've ever talked to has been super good. It's very light, no heaviness whatsoever. I have no problem with it whatsoever.

I accidentally pushed it once I didn't mean to and somebody answered immediately. I wish it didn't flash, everybody's asking me what is it flashing underneath your clothes. It gives a sense of security, but I bought the fall protection which if you fall you're supposed to be able to alert I have gone down twice and it's not done anything so that would be my dissatisfaction with it.

Everything has gone well. I accidentally set it off by leaning over and pressed on it one time and it was answered immediately. That told me that if I really, really needed help they would be there. I really wish that I had gotten a watch because I think something on my wrist would be less noticable.

Every time I've had to call Medical Guardian been excellent about getting answers, and answering my questions. The customer service is very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't like that the device has to be recharged every two or three days. But it is mobile and doesn't require a home monitoring system.

It's small and compact and it's not in the way, we have 2 little puppies and they don't bother it. They have called me several times and said that I didn't fill out some kind of paperwork and send it in and I sent back everything they had sent me and they said they didn't receive it so they were going to send me some more and I still never got it, but they quit calling so I guess it's okay. Maybe they found it.

I forgot to charge it when I fell in the yard it didn't work because I didn't charge it but it's perfect because that was my fault and when I first got it I had forgot I had it on one and I went in my closet and was gonna put on a short sleeve shirt and it fell on the floor in the carpet and it said that they detected the fall and was I okay, so I knew it worked when it was charged.

It's handy, I got it around me all the time in case of any emergency. All you have to do is press it and I tested it and it worked perfectly. Immediately somebody comes on and asks if there's a problem or why, I just say I'm testing and I just hung up. Good reception and they can hear me and I can hear them very well.

He struggled for about 15 minutes to get up on his own and then finally pressed the watch button! Thankfully, he did not get seriously injured. Needless to say, he is now happy to wear the device

When I pressed the button by accident about a week ago 3 seconds laterthey called. I put it on my belt loop and it falls off so I have to go look for it. It's in the house of course, but it it's under the bed or whatever and I'm blind. I like that it is small so it fits in my pocket too. The charging is easy, everything is easy.

I like the fact that if there's a time that I need help, I will get the help I need. Sometimes the signal is not what it should be but that's not the guardian's fault. It's just not great, signal here. When I first moved here it wouldn't work at all. So I picked medical guardian and now the signal goes right through and and I get a hold of somebody right away. If I have any kind of a problem, I can call and somebody will help me figure it out. Everybody I have dealt with has been really nice and understanding and listens.

It's a security blanket for me. I live alone and I accidentally set it off and they're very prompt so that made me feel very confident. The thing I don't like is I set it off twice because I leaned to get something, I wanted to be able to use it to go out in public and with the flashing all the time that's not an option and I can't get this cord off without cutting it.

I like that I can wear in the shower, in the bathtub and not worry about to getting wet. It's easy to get on and off. When we tested it they got right back with us and asked us questions if we were okay and if we needed help and we told them we were just testing it, but they were right there on on top of things, we like it. Customer support is right there to help you and got every answer to your question you need.

It's for my dad, so when I have to run errands, he's protected. We tested it when we first got it. It worked fine and the first time dad took it off he accidentally hit the button and they responded immediately, it's cool. They were totally understanding and just asked him if he needed an ambulance or if everything was okay.
