When I hit the button, they responded within 2 minutes. I dislike the fact that I cannot - because of my own dexterity- I cannot use the wrist band. And then the neck pendant, I can't adjust the string to get it higher so that I don't run the risk of hitting it accidentally.

Father-in-law passed away 6 months ago, I tried to cancel the service because an auto payment for the full amount came out of my account. They refused to cancel my service by calling in. They said I have to sign a form but it takes 48hrs to get the form to my email. Doing business with them is not easy. They should have set the cancellation expectation up front.
