The worst!!, Tried for over 30 minutes to get it go work. Wouldn't work. Was advised that I would need "Tech Support". I returned the device, knowing that the litmus test for it working correctly could possibly cost my mother her life. Went to another company, similar device, plugged right in and it worked fine right away.

I ordered the Medical Guardian for my 92 yr mom. The original person on the phone was very helpful on the two times we talked and placed the order. My credit card was charged for a three-month period and a FedEx label was created on August 13, 2015. It is now September 6th and there has been no delivery or notice of delays or problems.

I am actually a bit disappointed. I was told that this would ship out on Monday 3-9 and it wasn't even shipped as of Wednesday the 10th. Jason said he would ship it 2 day air as I did not want my mother left alone, but now it looks like she will be alone without it as I still don't have email confirmation with tracking number and it is Friday.

equipment failed when I had first emergency. Returned it for a replacement and they never send a replacement. So I told them to refund my money. The people lied to me 3 times about shipping the replacement and it never was shipped. Cant put my life in their hands!
