I am about to CANCEL my order. I orderexc the sysrtem two days ago. NO acknowledgement of what I bought, the amount I was billed for, and NO EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. The person I talked to on the phone told me that my credit card was processed, and it WAS NOT. I am wondering: what did THEY DO WITH MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

Customer Service unresponsive to request for second base unit needed because speaker can't be heard when upstairs and person wearing medalion is downstairs. This is a critical limiation resulting in false alarms to first resonders. We offered tp pay for a second base unit but customer service never answered our request.
