Horrible company. I've tried to have them correct their billing system. Charging me double still. This problem has been going on for 7 months. Service problem also. Father had emergency, they called the wrong contact on the account and delayed calling ambulance. Find some one else

I am returning the unit because of the flashing green light. I don't see the purpose of it. I tried turning it around but you could still see it flashing and it was annoying at night.

I ordered with the understanding that it was a ONE TIME charge of $29.95, my mistake. However, I sent the device back and they claim they have not received. In the meantime, I continue to incur a monthly fee for a device and service that I do not benefit from. Not fair! I'm sure its sitting in a warehouse in a pile somewhere.

So far, I haven't gotten the unit yet, company said I would get a tracking number emailed to me, no email. Called the company, unit should have been here by end on the day Friday the 11th, Saturday afternoon, still no unit. Not happy with the unit, but then again I don't have a unit.

Customer service people are friendly but can’t get the information (addresses & phone numbers) correct. If these aren’t correct, what good is the service? A fire truck showed up in front of my moms house and NO ONE was contacted including her house phone that didn’t even ring. Equipment going back today!!

Gail, thank you for the review. Generally speaking, we do reach out to emergency contacts after contacting EMS as a part of our protocol. We keep calling until we reach a live person, going down the list. We can look more closely at your mother's account if you can provide us with some additional information to locate her account. If you reply to this message, any information shared will only be shared with Medical Guardian. If you could provide your mother's account number (on the Service Agreement we sent with your unit), or full name and any other identifying information (i.e. address or phone number), we can look into her case more thoroughly.
