They are very quick to contact you. Very responsive. I do feel that it's too expensive. They give you peace of mind, but I personally find the whole thing expensive.

Major advantage is the gps component. Was a disadvantage when billing. Was billed for an entire year without being apprised in conversation.

I've never had to use it, but I've talked to customer service twice and everything was okay. Just that they don't call you like once a month to make sure the device is working, but I guess if I was in trouble it would work.

My son did some research and he said it was rated the best, so that's why we took it. I never had to used it. I thought they were going to call me and test the machine, I guess I had to call them. We don't have it anymore, because now I hire somebody to stay with my husband when I'm not in home.

I saw in advertising on channel, that's how come I chose it, but they lied to me about the price and I had to cancel it because I'm a senior citizen and I'm on a fixed income and I thought it was going to be around $40 a month instead they're charging me $121 a month, they're taking it automatically out on my account.

We do see that you recently called in to cancel out service and requested a return label.
