We're sorry that the false alarms are going off but if you're wearing a neck pendant, it helps to tuck the button underneath your clothing and higher up on your chest so it doesn't dangle too much which may be setting off the false alarms. Thank you for choosing Medical Guardian!

Cumbersome and complicated to get everything "on line." NOBODY told me I would be hit for $250 up front and I still have not been told what it is for. A'' the "toys" they send along with the pendant and bracelet are useless and poor quality.......in addition to being useless.
