Reoccurring service issues . Numerous calls to me and my children to check system. Said not working. Then verified it was fine and 2 days later I receive another full system not ordered and unknown reason sent. Then I had to prepare it and take to UPSP

I ordered device when my mother was stay with me post surgery.two days ago I took her back to her home in Florida. When we arrived I called to change the device location. I was told no one is available and they will be calling me back. Day 3-still waiting.

It is nice to know I have the device in case of an emergency but the wrist device is to big an cumbersome the way it's designed. It's uncomfortable to wear.
