It won't stay together. The wristband falls off, the pendant falls off. I can't get either one to tay on before he's needed it. The customer service has a quick response. If it would be a good device, it would be a good system.

the unit I use has life off the charger of about 12 hours atwhich time it takes about 2 hours to recharge. therefore I only use it at night and in the shower.

It's a little heavier than I expected it to be. When I charge it at night it flashes bright yellow light so I have to keep it covered. It worked just fine when I tested it.

I do not like the way the necklace fits and the bracelet does not stay in place. It slips right off and, as a sick person, searching for a device that has fallen doesn't do me much good. When I told customer service my complaints they didn't seem to be that concerned and didn't refer me to anybody.
