It's a little early to give you a review. I just ordered the equipment yesterday and won't receive anything for several days. So far I have been very satisfied with the representative (Michele) when I spoke to her on the telephone and made my decision to purchase. Looking forward to getting the medical alert system in the near future. That's all I can say at this time.

Good experience. Very informative website. I called in as the banner said for the "specials" to find out there were none other than what was already on the website. Then the guy on the phone, Harry, said we needed to order from him, otherwise he would have helped me for free by answering the questions I had. NOT PROFESSIONAL! Since he said that, I ordered online.

My first machine delivered was not working properly. Despite all the work done by Guardian techs, the machine continue with it's problem. I called the following day and was told that they were going to replace and upgrade to a better machine for the same price. I have not receive it yet. I surely hope this one will work out! So my experience turned out to be awesome!

Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable about your product. I purchased it for my mother who is elderly and lives alone. We have not received the unit as of yet, but anticipate that it will give her and the family peace of mind. I purchased the pendant with the fall alert option. In looking at prices, I think your price was competitive, but wish we could have gotten a lower price than $40+ per month.

This is July 10, 5:30 p.m. Just got off the phone with Mitchell at Medical Guardian. He quickly did the research why I didn't have the products. FedEx did NOT e-mail them as they should have that the pkg. was undeliverable with the Apt. # missing. He said he would overnight it so I can have it next Wed. before I have to leave town. So my experience has changed and so has my rating. I will give you a '10' when the box arrives!

After receiving the package I installed for my mother. It was easy to install, the directions were well written. Every thing worked. After it was tested and worked the lights were not on as they were suppose too. But the system still was working. They said they would replace it but it was still working. I had some trouble getting through to the site to activate the unit, but the man who helped me through it once I got on was so helpful and patient and polite. I do however, have a question-- should the box ring 5 x's every time we have a call come in to the home phone? It is somewhat annoying. Is that what is normal with this unit or can that be off ? I had a great experience except for trying to get the unit activated. I stayed on hold for half an hour and then the answering machind told me to leave a message for a call back within the hour. Never got a call back. Called the next day and held for 15 minutes before actually talking to a live person. I scheduled a time for them to call me when I was home. They called at the exact time and I had no other troubles. Zach and the lady who helped me set everything up were awesome.

I dealt with customer support and they was delightful to give so much information, etc. I was imppressed and altho' I had enrolled with another company, I cancelled that because they had charged my credit card but In the time since the initial call to and with them, I never received any further communication and subscribed with your service. I have wanted to get one of these devices for my mother for several years. She finally consented to let me purchase one after she fell and couldn't get up. I researched several companies, and this seemed to be the best one, including the latest automatic fall technology. Only minor point, the sales rep did not want to offer me the monthly pay option (as opposed to quarterly or annual) until after I told him it was available with online signup.

Have had them for a short time (less than 3 months) but have been pleased so far. They have answered all our questions and were very helpful setting up the system. One wish I would have is to have them answer an emergency call quicker than a full 30 seconds. But maybe it was slower because we were just setting the system up at the time. I think this is a very good company to do business with. The cost is in range of other companies offering this type of service. They are very quick sending you the equipment. Took only 3 days. When I requested an extra device I received it in three days also. Impressive!

Mike was wonderful, so understanding about the situation . My mom had fallen and broken her hip, she couldn't reach the phone . She had to pull herself along the floor, screaming with each movement. I never wanted her to go through that again. She is fiercely independent and I wanted her to keep that while being safe. Thank God I found Medical Guardian and Mike! I now can rest easy knowing my mom is safe.

I will know more after we receive the equipment, but on the surface everything reads good. One thing I would like them to offer is a combination unit of the mobile equipment that I am getting and the fall equipment. I know that I can add it later, but I think it would be great if they had a combination of these two at a monthly price somewhere between the two separate pieces of equipment.
