I like this mg watch, I do wish it was a little smaller. It's fine in the shower and the band is very adjustable. Coverage could be better as mine is consistently yellow. It charges well, but only complaint is the voice that tells you it is charged is too loud! I am not hard of hearing. My downstairs neighbor can hear it.

One time my mom hit her button by accident. The ambulance and firemen were there immediately! They called us and notified us the alarm was pushed so we could head over or call them. Thank God it was a false alarm, but it really does work and gave me peace of mind!

My Dad dropped the device so it detected a fall. The caller ID did not show Medical Guarding, just an out of state phone number so I didn't answer. They called my sister, brother and 911 so the system works. It would be helpful if the called ID identified the company.

I fell down on cement four days after I received my bracelet. I called and got an immediate response for which I a very grateful. I only wish there was a way for medical guardian to detect a fall and check in. I understand that some companies have that feature and I think you should too. I was able to call for help but what if the fall caused unconsciousness? Otherwise I am very pleased with it.

My mother fell while wearing the Medical Guardian Mini while I was with her and the fall detection did NOT pick up the fall. The device was fully charged and the flashing blue light was active showing that we had a signal. The fall was a slip onto her back and onto carpeting. K She was OK but unable to get up without help. She would have been able to press the button for help if she needed to. However she could very easily have hit her head on a nearby table and been dazed or unconscious. Just bringing this up so that you are aware. I know that the system never promised to be foolproof but still a little disappointing. Otherwise pleased with the system.

I wear the Medical Guardian ever since I fell down the last time. I like the idea that if I fall again someone is there for me as the last time there was no one around for about 15 minutes and had to wait for someone to help me. This way I am able to talk to someone right away.

Having both a lanyard and clip holders make it easy to have the alarm With you no matter if you want it around your neck or on your belt, pocket, Or hooked on your purse/tote bag. 3. My issue with MG is with the “slip and fall” feature. Anytime I bend over or necklace sways it sets off the alarm. Truthfully, this happens 5 to 10 times per day. It has gotten to the point where I do not wear my alarm. I called MG and was told that the sensitivity was something that could NOT be adjusted. My Doctors recommend that I wear a medical alert device. My research has shown that MG is the best, so I want to keep the system. I will be speaking with someone and have slip and fall feature removed. I cannot justify the extra $10.00 per month for a feature that is such an irritant.

for me it will still take getting used to-It still seems very foreign but I imagine that in time, it will just feel normal. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very professional. My device arrived sooner than I expected, which was very nice and I hope not to need it, but if I should require assistance, my kids feel reassured that it is as close at the "new jewelry"around my neck.

Customer Service is very good and not to hard to get hold of. The kit however needs instructions on the equipment. The lock box is a puzzle unless you have used one before. The base station has a switch on the bottom that isn't very obvious unless you are looking for it. The phone line tat comes with the base was plugged into the wrong hole. Good instructions with pictures would be very helpful and cut down on customer service time on line. Volume of the unit is very loud so a volume control would be nice.

I have had Medical Guardian for two years , and have excellent service when I need emergency help. My problem is with your customer service. I have had problems with my mobile for months with not being able to get the mobile charged. I put it on the charger, and it will not get a good charge, and as today, it has been on the charger for nine hours and it is NOT charged. This happens often, and when I call customer service, I get the same thing which is no help at all. I am handicapped and feel safe when it works, but most of the time it does not. Customer always tells me to leave it on the charger , and other things that does not help. I wanted to return it and get some brand that works, however, customer service does not seem to care what the problem is, or if I have a working mobile or not. So, please tell me how I get some help with this. I would be hesitant to recommend Medical Guardian because of not being able to get help when needed when mobile fails.

Upon receiving the device, it was very easy to install and make the necessary tests. I feel that the user fully understands what is available to her and how she can use the device in case of an emergency.

The customer service was nice, however, gave me incorrect info. It was important for us to get a monitor for my dad to use while he was driving or riding a bike. I ordered it and when the package arrived, it was not in there. I called and they told me they had discontinued that several months ago. We would not have gone w/ Medical Guardian if we knew this. We will now need to shop again for a different company that has this device that is necessary. There were problems setting up the device and the person on the phone gave us incorrect info (hooking up to Century Link landline). It not only made the device not work but also cut off their Internet. I did figure it out on my own as the person on the phone just couldn't get what I was telling her. Not happy the speaker needs to be next to the modem as that room is as far away from the master bedroom as you can get.
