I found it via internet search and chose them based on that. Haven't used it yet, just normal everyday usage. It's easy to setup and use, but once you activate it, their customer service is very unresponsive.

I got it since another friend of mine has it. I think they should have the information on your health at the company, not just at your house. If you call for an emergency, they should know what to tell the people that are going to go to help you.

Patricia, you are correct that we don't currently offer the option to store your health information in our database. However, we do currently provide EMT cards with all purchases that you can update with appropriate medical information to put on your fridge. In an emergency situation, we will inform emergency responders of the EMT card location, providing them with potentially valuable information in the process. When I go out I take it out of the holder and put it on my pocket. It's nice knowing that I have it if I need it, but it seems to be a little expensive. I have to consistently pay for it rather than straight out buying it and since I've never use it's weird not to get some money back.
