I purchased it for my parents. The device is supposed to have a fall sensor feature, but that apparently doesn't work. The one time that we could've used it when my mother fell, the fall sensor didn't detect it and they didn't respond. I can't get through to them if I call them with a phone either.

My situation is kind of unique since I live in a house that has 4 levels. Unless I'm in the middle of the house, the signal from the thing doesn't get picked up when I push the button. Right now, it's just useless. I would probably need at least 2 boxes to cover the whole house. Because of that, I don't think I'll renew it.

I don't like it because it's pretty heavy. I'd rather have a watch or pendant or something. I've never had to use their support; I just have the device. I just don't understand why you have to put it in the charger for 4 hours a day when the charge is supposed to last for 5 days.

While the battery should last quite a bit longer, it is best practice to charge daily so that it is not forgotten. I didn't really think this company was the best one for me, and I found that it actually wasn't. I got it mainly because my wife and family said that I should. I've never had to use it. I just don't need it, because I have other devices which are more convenient, like an Apple watch and an iPhone that I have with me all the time. They're more effective than the Medical Guardian. I just don't think that it's necessary if you have those other devices.

I have another one that I wasn't appreciative of. This one here runs on AT&T, and I don't get a signal here on AT&T. I can't get a signal at my home, so unless I'm out, it's pretty useless to me. I haven't had to use it, but if I do it at home, I don't get a signal from it. That is pretty bad.

I wish we could speak into the wristbands/necklaces that have the call buttons; only the base unit communicates, so you have to place it strategically in the house and hope everyone will hear sufficiently when needed

Generally, this process would include a call to the user's primary phone number and then to EMS if no contact is made. This ensures that help is received in a timely manner, even if the user is not able to speak through the device. getting response after a head injury in my garage my call button would not respond and after some one else took my button in my house it took about 5 minutes before my call was answered. When I check in each month I feel that it take too long for the call to be answered. What good is this device in an emergency.

i had an emergency last year, your team took care of all, as my english was not very good at the time of the emergency they calm me down in spanish and were was able to get rescue to my apartment and take me to the hospital almost immediately, also took the time to let my son know i had an emergency and was ibeing transported to Aventura Hospital.

I got it just because I wanted to give it a try. I'm very healthy so I haven't had to use it except for when I pushed it by mistake. They're not very friendly though and having it makes me more nervous than anything. It doesn't give me a lot of comfort.
