One of the deciding the factors was that I was able to go outside. I've never gotten a call from the company though I I wish did. One of the most disappointing things was trying to cancel this service. I carefully gave them the address to sent the label and they keep sending it to our old address.

The price and being able to go anywhere with the device. I've made test calls on the device and every test call failed. They ended up having to use their GPS equipment to find my location. The support team or so called support team did not remedy the situation. I believe I either had faulty equipment or they had false advertisements. They told me my location was a half mile in a park while I was actually at the doctors testing it. I plan to cancel it in the near future.

My daughter was the one that decided to get it, not me. I usually put it on in the morning and wear it until I go to bed. I wear it around my neck so sometimes I lean against something and set it off. I always get a call from them whenever that happens. It has been quite satisfactory.
