The service is kind of slow, the necklace device doesn't work well away from the base, and the batteries run down. Customer sales reps keep calling us to sell us another device.

My mother is very soft spoken so when we did the test to set it up she spoke into the machine and the emergency medical services could not hear her and there's no way to turn the volume up on the device so now we're just stuck with it. When the person sold me t his product they did not explain to me that there was not a volume button on the device. The only option available to us was to have them call the house phone and hopefully they'll be able to hear us on that.
