The base unit didn't work so they sent me another one, and then the charger didn't work so they had to send me another one. It took a lot of time and phone calls to get fixed. The unit is too large.

I don't think I have the right plan; what I need is fall detection without having to carry this thing around with me to talk to. It is a pain in the neck, I don't like to carry it in pockets or purses. I don't think it is good support. When I called the woman was smart with me and hateful. When I asked her something she got defensive and was very unprofessional. I would never recommend them.

I've only set it off one time after I first got it and they immediately responded. I have the bracelet and I don't like it because it's too large and it doesn't stay fastened. It keeps coming open and falling off my arm.
