I saw something written about them somewhere and compared them to other companies. In the end I picked them and have it on standby in case I fall. The button is very effective but they're not really prompt when I push it.

When I test it, it takes a long time in my estimation to answer. Sometimes it says I need to move to get a better signal. If I'm incapacited that and I wouldn't be able to get a better signal, how good is it?

We switched from a different service because the last one didn't meet our standards. I though this one would be sufficient to guard my mom wherever she went if she needed assistance. I know that she was wearing it but I noticed that one time she fell and there was no alert or anything about it. no one called us and we had no idea that it had even happened. We later realized it wasn't even functioning right because apparently it hadn't been properly activated. Months went by and no one gave us a call to make sure things were alright. There has been no communication whatsoever.
