I think it was the first one I came across. Last time I had to use it it was when the Eagles won the Superbowl and the device went off by itself. It started blinking and we tried to get through to them for 3 hours but we couldn't. We had to get medical alert to call us, which didn't happen, so my feedback is probably negative.

I purchased it for my parents. The device is supposed to have a fall sensor feature, but that apparently doesn't work. The one time that we could've used it when my mother fell, the fall sensor didn't detect it and they didn't respond. I can't get through to them if I call them with a phone either.
