By accident my unit was turned on and the medics were here before I even knew it had been started. We knew the service was what they said and I was so pleased. They are working to be sure I have the right unit also. I have a metal roof which was causing a problem but now that is solved. I am completely satisfied with this company.

I called and ordered the home device for my mother who recently had heart valve repair surgery. It was great to speak with someone who knew the equipment and could answer my questions. I feel better knowing the device is installed in mom's home. I feel she is safe when she is by herself.

This is a very supportive program.I recently visited Florida and was easily able to notify them of my change of location. When I returned I was unable to locate the base.They sent me a totally different unit and was back online quickly.(I was able to locate the missing base and returned all to the company. This is indicative of the top support provided. I look forward to keeping the service for a long time.

This is a well planned useful tool. I feel more secure using it. I especially appreciate the lock box and am grateful that emergency responders will not have to break down my door. Also appreciate that if I fall and am not able to push the button, the message will automatically be sent to the control box and help will come.

Device is great, lightweight and not a nuisience like I expected it to be. Response is quick, courteous and helpful. Sometimes the response is too quick for those times that the device was triggered by accident. A few seconds delay would give the user time to cancel the call thus avoiding notifying others unnecessarily. My daughter now tends to ignore any notification thinking it is just another mistake. When does a customer complain the service is too quick? I think this may be a first!

I chose this company because of the ability to install without a landline, thus allowing placement not near a phone jack. Equipment arrived the next day and set-up and testing was smooth anb took five minutes. Included a lock box too. The only reason this tdid not get a higher rating was an over enthusiaric sales person that put me off. Otherwise a good product and overall good experience.

I think the product was great, preformed as advertised. easy to use. good customer service. my only con. was the price, I am on a very limited budget , and before ordering this product, I had a service that I did not have to pay for, so I could not justify spending the amount that they charge each month. I am sure it would be a great deal if you had the money , but I just could not change from one I do not have to pay for, for one I had to pay for each mo.

The ordering desk person was exceptional. She talked me thru all the options and I ordered and prepaid for a full year in advance. I purchased it for my mom in Florida. Unfortunately, she was reminded on a daily basis on how vulnerable she was and could not sleep. She returned it.. The product was fine, the service great.

I so appreciated the kind and patient customer service I received when I called to inquire about service for my mom. Jason was more than helpful, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. He also unexpectedly included a key lock box at no charge which was advertised on most of the other sites for around $40. I just ordered today so I look forward to more wonderful customer service when it arrives!

After I received the alert equipment I spoke to a woman who walked me through setting things up. She also was very pleasant and helpful. So far, my Medical Guardian experience has been more than satisfactory.

The first device was defective and was replaced in a timely manner. However, my Mother had a high degree of anxiety as she was notified by mail that the original device had not been returned and she was going to be charged $350 if it was not received by a certain date. On my way to Modesto to be with her I received a phone call regarding the same issue and was informed that it was just a "reminder" call. Upon my arrival in Modesto, after reading the letter my Mother had received, I called and spoke to a representative, told them my sister had already sent the unit, and why, since your company supplied the shipping label had your company automatically not initiated a tracking of the package. I then spoke with my sister who was in MS working on property she owns there and she told me where the receipt for the FedEx shipment was. I immediately wrote a letter with a copy of the receipt. Even after that letter was sent, we received another letter warning of the $350 charge. When my sister returned, she was told that the unit was sitting in your warehouse during all that time. It seems to me your company has to establish a better system of tracking its products. So far, my Mother seems pleased with the way the unit is working. She is managing to do the weekly checks. Hopefully, if some emergency occurs, it will function properly.

The salesman I spoke with, Mike, was very helpful and professional. He answered all of my questions adequately and made good suggestions. We received the unit on the day promised. I had to pay extra to get it to us within 2 days, however. Set up was easy. Activation was easy once I sat on hold for several minutes. We have not had to use yet, so don't know how that will work. My rating would have been a 10 -- until I got an e-mail copy of the bill. Michael Holt in Philadelphia, PA, is the person I talked with when I called in response to your ad that I saw on Channel 10. The "Channel 10" Code which I gave Michael meant that I would get free set-up and free activation. Michael told me he was charging my VISA $89.85 for the three-month plan that I chose, and I remember confirming that before I gave him my VISA card number. Now your e-mail bill says my VISA card has been charged $95.85. This is a lie. Please credit my same VISA card with $6. And I hope you have sent both the wrist band & the necklace that Michael said came with the 3-month plan.

When I first contacted Medical Guardian, associate seemed knowledgeable and was very nice. When I called later to order the alert I talked to the same person, this time not as helpful - maybe he thought he already had me hooked. When I received the e-mail, it did. It have my correct name. When I received the service agreement, it had my sister as the first contact which was correct but her name was wrong. He also put my number on the contact rather than hers even though I gave him the correct home phone and mobile number. We did to receive the welcome packet with the EMT card. I will say the lady we talked to when we activated the system was wonderful! She was very patient and very helpful. She apologized that we did not receive the welcome packet and said she would mail to us. You received a 6 because of her not the ordering process. I would have given her a 10.

My first machine delivered was not working properly. Despite all the work done by Guardian techs, the machine continue with it's problem. I called the following day and was told that they were going to replace and upgrade to a better machine for the same price. I have not receive it yet. I surely hope this one will work out! So my experience turned out to be awesome!
