I don't need their product at this time as I've been given one with similar capabilities and I note an aware of the product should I need to change.

for me it will still take getting used to-It still seems very foreign but I imagine that in time, it will just feel normal. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very professional. My device arrived sooner than I expected, which was very nice and I hope not to need it, but if I should require assistance, my kids feel reassured that it is as close at the "new jewelry"around my neck.

Customer Service is very good and not to hard to get hold of. The kit however needs instructions on the equipment. The lock box is a puzzle unless you have used one before. The base station has a switch on the bottom that isn't very obvious unless you are looking for it. The phone line tat comes with the base was plugged into the wrong hole. Good instructions with pictures would be very helpful and cut down on customer service time on line. Volume of the unit is very loud so a volume control would be nice.

I have had Medical Guardian for two years , and have excellent service when I need emergency help. My problem is with your customer service. I have had problems with my mobile for months with not being able to get the mobile charged. I put it on the charger, and it will not get a good charge, and as today, it has been on the charger for nine hours and it is NOT charged. This happens often, and when I call customer service, I get the same thing which is no help at all. I am handicapped and feel safe when it works, but most of the time it does not. Customer always tells me to leave it on the charger , and other things that does not help. I wanted to return it and get some brand that works, however, customer service does not seem to care what the problem is, or if I have a working mobile or not. So, please tell me how I get some help with this. I would be hesitant to recommend Medical Guardian because of not being able to get help when needed when mobile fails.

All phone contacts have been exceptional as far as friendliness, helpfulness, and the desire to "make things right" for my mother. I hope she never has to use the system, but I feel better now knowing that she has Medical Guardian in case she needs it.

I talked to a very nice lady during the purchase process who was very professional in explaining the various options. Upon receiving the device, it was very easy to install and make the necessary tests. I feel that the user fully understands what is available to her and how she can use the device in case of an emergency.

The customer service was nice, however, gave me incorrect info. It was important for us to get a monitor for my dad to use while he was driving or riding a bike. I ordered it and when the package arrived, it was not in there. I called and they told me they had discontinued that several months ago. We would not have gone w/ Medical Guardian if we knew this. We will now need to shop again for a different company that has this device that is necessary. There were problems setting up the device and the person on the phone gave us incorrect info (hooking up to Century Link landline). It not only made the device not work but also cut off their Internet. I did figure it out on my own as the person on the phone just couldn't get what I was telling her. Not happy the speaker needs to be next to the modem as that room is as far away from the master bedroom as you can get.

I went with medical guardian because they have amazing reviews, but I was a bit disappointed in my own experience. The salesperson I found to be pushy and I kept having to tell him I needed time to discuss it with my family before agreeing to services. I signed up for their basic service (land line) which is $29.95 a month. I was told they would send me an email in two days with a shipping tracking number. It never came. I called 3 more times over the next two weeks and was promised it would be shipped. It did finally arrive (they ended up sending it over night because of all the hassle). I spoke with 4 different people before the lovely lady made it happen for me. They did offer a month free service and also they offered free equipment protection, so it was nice they tried to make up for the trouble. The other issue I had was they are not very good at keeping track of who is involved. They mixed up the names and genders and got some of the contact information wrong that I had to correct. The other issue is I don’t have any real official paperwork. They didn’t send over a contract with the information on it, or any invoices. Zero information other than an initial email with our Names and information incorrect. The device is now installed and seems like good equipment. The install was easy and the customer service was helpful and friendly. Their customer service people are friendly all around and they are eagar to make you happy, I just think they need to be a little better at follow up and actual paperwork.

Representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Directions and information easy to understand. What I didn't like: I waited two weeks after placing the order and paying, for the unit to arrive. Reading the information, I think I will be charged from the day I placed the order, not when it was activated. It was easy to activate the unit, very polite responders.

Excellent customer service with all of our questions answered on the phone. My family member who wears it hasn't had to use it yet, thankfully. The only difficulty she had was understanding the icons that light up while the device is on the charger.

the salesman was extremely courteous and not high pressure but listened to my needs. it was larger than i expected and the cord a little too long even when taken up but it is ok. i will get used to it. i have the charger by my bed and if i have a night when i cannot go to sleep and go to another bed room to read i will take the call button with me. it arrived on the date promised.

It was very easy to set up. I am glad I have the GPS available when I'm on the road. However, I find the case for the GPS very hard to affix to my waistband, I had to manipulate the clip with a screwdriver because my hands and fingers are weak.

So far so good. We ordered the one that hooks up to a traditional landline by mistake. They sent the one for AT&T cellular overnight no charge. We set it up and tested it and everything went well. Everyone was helpful and it's nice to have peace of mind. Best device I hope I never have to use.

I appreciate Medical Alert since I live alone and feel I have a friend nearby to help if I should fall. The battery doesn't need to be charged every day and that is nice in case I forget one day. I chose the Active Guardian because it is GPS enabled. I like the lanyard because it doesn't come apart at the catch.

I used the Medical Guardian Alert for my elderly neighbor who lived alone and I found it easy to get started, reliable and worth it. It saved my neighbor on about 5 occasions when he took a fall and no one was around. I recommended it to a relative and they are just getting started with it. I’m sure they are relieved to have it.

Excellent transaction from initial contact to setting up the system. The agents were all very cordial and helpful. Set-up was easy, took maybe 10 minutes, again, very helpful and cordial. Hopefully, I may never have to use this system but it gives me piece of mind to know I can get help if I need it. Highly recommended.

My 79 year old mother has a Mobile Guardian system and the wrist band stopped working after about a year. She used her spare pendant while the company sent her a new wrist band. They were great to deal with. The operator listened to her...and she is not at all tech savvy. The new wrist band was there 2 days later.

I can't rate this system because never I have used it before, but I think is good to pay $ 30.- monthly plus other amount if you use the services but I can't afford to pay $ 200. because I live in Apartment for retired low income. If you have an offer for this kind of people, here I am sure, you will have a lot of customers.

Prompt and courteous feedback when opening the account the follow up on activating the devices was superb clear easy to do and when I asked for an update to a wristwatch type alert it was very reasonable monthly expense came within 2 days I am a very satisfied customer working on his first month I'll provide more feedback later

Outstanding in terms of their response when you press the button. However, I had difficulty contacting a representative for a change of address I need to leave a message three times. Apparently, they are experiencing higher than usual call volumes. They should increase their personnel so that one is not waiting on the phone and then leaving a message.

I really love it. I like that it is affordable, you don't need a land line, you are covered inside & outside & you have a lock box for your house key. it's very important to have the lock box. If & when you press the button & if you are unable to open your door, if you don't have the lock box, then whomever they send would have to break your door down.

Absolutely horrible 1st time experience ! The 1st gentleman I spoke with upon calling to ask/find which product is best suited for my mother and her habits around her very large home and gardens... After a lengthy conversation with questions and answers from both myself and representative. He recommended the complete wrong unit for my mother, did I know at the time it was the wrong unit, "NO" I did not, I solely went on his recommendations as I did not know anything about units available or difference between 1 or other I simply stated what I needed/expected from a unit for my mother and monthly payment was no issue at all, well upon receiving the 1st unit I was not thrilled as it was not everything I wanted for my elderly parent and upon calling Medical Guardian I had no idea this unit would not even work with what my mother does around the home and outside distance to her gardens until person on other end of the phone explained it does nothing what I was asking of him to explain and together after much explanation on his part I did order the correct and 1st and only monitor system I should of had from the beginning. He was very patient and helpful with my frustration and asked if I had explained the 1st time I called what my needs for my mother were..my reply was yes of course as I am to you......He himself couldn't understand why the 1st phone representative I spoke with didn't recommend the unit I ended up asking for...Yes I was quite upset during my conversation with 2nd rep that my mother was not properly monitored/covered with the 1st unit as her 1st garden is over 450 feet away from her home. After it was all settled and I was assured I would be getting the correct unit I didn't even get a call or email with any type of apology from Medical Guardian.....what if ? my mother had something happen that far away from the home by 1 of her gardens ? who would be sorry then for not having the correct monitor....Shame on your rep that handled my original call ! He was not listening to any of my wants and needs for a active senior did he care to listen ? When myself or any customer calls in for a monitoring system we have no idea what we need or want all we can do is explain our needs and it falls on reps ears on what he/she recomends

Easy to set up. people who connected the service were very helpful and answered all questions. Love the wrist band. The base unit is nice looking but the lights were a little bright.

Extremely pleased so far. Install was simple and straightforward. Product was as advertised. Customer service was exceptional! My only complaint was the packing of the equipment! Base and wrist button came out of bubble wrap during transit. Box was too big and very poorly packed. I'm surprised everything still worked!

My husband found Medical Guardian purchased the service for me because I broke both of my wrists. He said that the representatives were very nice to work with. We got the necklace that you just touch it if you fall or whatever. It has been absolutely great to have.

I'm 97 years old going on 98 next month and they decided that I shouldn't live by myself without some kind of warning. I was very much against it but I got it. It's the device that goes on the head and there is a little blue one on the house. So far, the service has been good and the product has been very easy to use.

I first heard about it on television. I then did some research on the internet. I ended up getting the one around my neck with the communicator and the rotator. My loved one decided I need this service because I am retired live in the wilderness of Michigan so she insisted I get one. Currently I am 90% satisfied with the system. Everything has been extremely simple. The only frustrating thing is when I am in my shop I do not get a signal.
