The devices have testers on the wall and they have taken the plaster off right down to the very metal corned so I've got a lot of repairs to do on the house. We had to replace the main message center and it wasn't in very good shape. It took quite a bit of work to get it to work right. It took a while to find a technician that was qualified to do the job.

I have the wrist device and the strap is made of something that hurts and I get a rash underneath it. I used the device when I fell and they were able to call for help.

My mom had to use it one time and they did not call me or my brother first. Instead they called the ambulance and the ambulance they called was over twenty miles away, not the one that is five miles from the house.

I wish they would get a different rope fort or some sort of chain. It's so big and bulky that it sticks out under your clothes and just looks stupid. It gets dirty and I wish you could remove or whatever to wash it.

The band back broke right away when I put it around my wrist but other than that I have had no problems with it. I set if off by mistake one time on a plane and they tracked me down.

The biggest problem is accidentally triggering it, I don't know how to wear it properly to avoid triggering it. The device is difficult to wear around my neck, it is not very comfortable.

Someone called my phone left a message with a positive blood result when I called them back they said it never came in. I was upset and they put me on hold. Another women picked up and all of a sudden they found my blood test. Seems somewhat unorganized
