Lousy equipment lousy service lousy support, equipment doesn't work refund not given after I returned the equipment, This is the worst company I am going to report them to the BBB. I finally got a partial refund from them, claiming that i had it for over a month and it had worked for part of that time, they kept almost a third of the price i paid. Company is one to stay away from.

I have had it for several months and they had never sent me papers which I asked for by phone a couple months ago for the addresses of people. They have not sent me papers or called me to let me know of the peole in my area that had keys to my home and could come within five minutes to help me. They have not replied to me. I only wish they would contact me.

I used it in October and it worked but I fell yesterday and it did not go off when I fell. It takes a long time..if you're hurt it takes a long time for them to answer and then go through. It's too heavy. I wear it everyday.

No follow up when item was accidently unpluged. Did not realize it until a number of days later. , Med. G. should have followed up with a phone call to check out the problem. Phone call number is in the original paper work. POOR monitoring!

Battery life is only 6 hrs. Charger says red then when it turns green It should be changed. Mom can't go as far as we were told away from the base. haven't had to use it in an emergency yet so don't know how fast it's going to respond. activating the service took several times to call to get it right.
