I would like to return some stuff I do not use but I do like the one you wear around your neck, though it does go off sometimes for no reason so they should make it harder to activate.

It goes off when you barely touch it and the string keeps coming off, I had to super glue together so it doesn’t fall off. If it goes off, it does go right to them and works well.

You need to do a much better job taking care of seniors if you want to make good products. The first time it went off automatically when we were watching TV, they didn’t call the house, they just called the police department who showed up at the door. I was not happy with that.
