I would like to return some stuff I do not use but I do like the one you wear around your neck, though it does go off sometimes for no reason so they should make it harder to activate.

I don’t like wearing it around my neck. It is heavy. I dropped it the other night and I was waiting for all hell to break loose but I guess I picked it up to quickly because nothing happened.

Since you put it around your neck, you can keep it concealed and it is not out for everybody to see. Customer support didn’t help much with the wrist band.

The device is hard to get used to around my neck and I have to be careful with the wrist watch because sometimes I hit my arm and the alarm goes off. They call back really fast and it seems to be a good company.

It goes off when you barely touch it and the string keeps coming off, I had to super glue together so it doesn’t fall off. If it goes off, it does go right to them and works well.

You need to do a much better job taking care of seniors if you want to make good products. The first time it went off automatically when we were watching TV, they didn’t call the house, they just called the police department who showed up at the door. I was not happy with that. I am sending the device back.
