Since my mother started using your device, she's activated it twice that we know of. On neither occasion were any of the names in the instructions we gave contacted, despite the fact I spoke directly to Guardian staff and gave specific instructions names on the list were to be contacted any time the device was activated.

Customer service answered right away when we were setting it up and testing it. My son bought it for me because we has a bad storm and I tried to go somewhere and I was not able to walk for seven hours.

Too heavy and too big and the magnetic clasp caught on something twice yesterday. I had to send the first one back because it wasn’t working properly. Customer service is pretty good.
