What do I have to rate them on? It hangs on my neck. Is it working? How do I know? I called when I first got it to say there was no manual sent out with it. I was told she would put one in the mail. I never received it. Iaccidently bumped it one day and a recording spoke to me. I dropped it on the bathroom floor one day and nothing happened. If it doesn't react to being dropped, how can I have confidence it will do its job if I drop?
