I like the coverage and the continuity. There is the secondary unit to wear when charging the primary unit. And, I am covered no matter where I am. I also like the lock box for the front door.

Good product. Have to wear backward because of very distractinng flashing blue light. Not good in shower because the lanyard gets so wet. Can't wear for 2 - 3 hours until it dries.

The only at the experience I've had with medical guardian was negative. I couldn't trust them enough to help me activate the device by phone call. I don't like how hard it is to activate, the only way was to activate it through U.S.P.S. and I found that to be very inconvenient. I still haven't been able to activate it so I don't even know how the device works.
