It's easy to use, easy to charge, affordable. They're responsive and quick and it's light weight, it's either use it on a cord or a little clip depends on what you want. It took me like a full twenty minutes to get everything between signing up and setting up the actual device, it didn't take very long. If you ever have questions or need an answer they get any information you might need to help.

I've noticed that when my mom pushes the button for testing it takes two or three times for her to press it before it goes through to them. It's pretty expensive for an elderly person.

Upgraded to auto detection but haven't been impressed thus far. I know it's mainly for when someone falls and is knocked unconscious, but my mother has fallen a few times and gets flustered and forgets to use her pendant.
