It seems like the battery runs out sooner than 3 days. It needs to be recharged like every 2 days. It takes three and a half hours to fully charge up which is kinda slow. It would be nice if it lasted a little longer.

I'm not sure if my mother can push the button hard enough. It's hard for her. I felt that I should have been told about turning the sound of the unit up and I had to figure that out on my own by testing it.

Emergency response was quick. Regular customer service is absolutely awful. Call and hold for 12 minutes, then you find out you've reached an answering service. the answering service says that a Medical Guardian agent will call back "as soon as possible." On both occasions, they called back THE NEXT DAY!

It doesn't answer the call within a reasonable time, it took five minutes for my first call and they didn't answer so I pushed it again and it took two more minutes before it rings. I was told they would send me another unit, which I never received.

They always answer and the buttons seem to work well. The only issue is you have to be within a certain distance, if you're too far away you can't hear what they say so that is tricky.

I like the system but the product is so poorly designed and very flimsy. It broke and I can see why you want insurance on the product. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the product because it guarantees it's going to break again and I've had it for such a short time.

The signal is weak in my duplex so I've had to find a hotspot where it works. I was given a bracelet and a pendant and the pendant didn't work so I had to send it back for another. Their customer support is very good.

Up until yesterday, I was pleased with the product. My mother fell yesterday afternoon and the alert did not go off. When I spoke with customer service, they informed me 'not all falls are detected.' Why am I paying for this additional feature if it doesn't work ALL the time? I will be canceling the service with Medical Guardian. When I spoke with the original sales lady she never once mentioned it only worked part of the time. In fact, I was told it is so sensitive, it will detect if she leans over. NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT!!! Sorr6.

Very disappointed the guy told me the battery would stay charged on the pendant for 5 days before recharge it lasts msyne a day. It doesnt tell you when the battery is low and i dont have online access to lovate my mom total waste of my money not to mention you can barely hear the agent when she comes on
