well a couple of times my husband fell and the fall alarm did not worj, I am just thankful i was home when it happened. I know they say to push the button, but what if I am not home and he can't push the button? You need to fix that problem!

I have not called on this problem because I do not have my cell phone, I expect it to be returned before the end of MAY. THE PROBLEM IS the alarm went off AGAIN when I wasn't home. House was empty. The POLICE, SHERIFF AMBULENCE ETC CAME. They have informed me that THIS FALS ALARM, would be billed to me. I need you to send someone to check out system, I can not use it when I am not home, for fear it will go off AGAIN. INOW HAVE A LAND PHONE, NO GOOD IF I AM OUT. THE NO IS 386 337 1408. I hope this will be addressed ASAP. THANKYOU FRAN FEROLIE

They call you on the telephone and I can't get to the phone at all. I'm disabled and I couldn't get to the phone and I told them how to get through the garage and they came in. I was very satisfied. They call my son and my son comes home and they don't tell you that they're going to call.

The representatives are very prompt. I know it's the policy, but they call the ambulance right away when sometimes it's not necessary. They don't cancel the call.

I use the bracelet at all times or I wear it around my neck and use it when I go out. Customer support is pretty good. I use to have the one that worked up to 200 yards but I upgraded and now have the device that works at 400 yards. This one is too sensitive.

Customer support has always been polite when I've had questions for any reason. Unfortunately, the alarm went off by accident and it took 20 minutes for somebody to come on the line and ask if I was okay - I could have been dead, had it not been an accident.

When they gave me the equipment, they didn't give me any instructions on how to use it. I didn't know how to charge the devices, and fell before I found out how to work it all, so I didn't have any help when I needed it.

We've never needed their help or used the system, so dont know how good the service would be. I know when our battery failed, it took multiple calls to them to get the unit replaced sinc3 the battery was not replaceable.

I was not very impressed with Medical Alert's service because of their billing department. They're equipment seemed fine, but I cancelled the service in the end. I felt like they weren't very truthful to me in customer service, and they sent me a bill for 39 dollars after I'd been using it for a couple of years. The people didn't listen to me when I said I'd already paid it, so I hung up on the agent and cancelled my serve.

I couldn't call for help if I needed it. I charge it every night but sometimes forget to take that part in my purse so I wouldnt be able to hear your response if I needed to. 911 wold be there.
