Terrible customer service. My mom passed away and they are being very difficult to deal with in getting the account cancelled. They tell you what to do via automated message, then they say they need more. Sent that, and then no response at all. They deal with elderly clients, so this process should not be so hard. I have gotten nothing but the run around, and when you call you get transferred around and/or told there is an hour hold time. Do not use this company if you care about customer service.

Didn,t. My daughter got it. Disappointed that you can only communicate in room where device is. What's the probability of you being in one room if you fall. thought you could talk into neck device like on tv. I'm just as well off with my cell phone.Emergency does not have to knock down my door if I give them garage code on my cell phone. Commercials are deceptive.

The app is worthless. Whenever we get a quick flash message that a button has been pushed, we don’t know what happened. The notification makes no sound, and goes away after we see it. The bracelet falls off constantly. Emergency services folks are wonderful but we never know the outcome unless we call their direct number.

Very disappointed with the service we have received. I have requested repeatedly that communication only come to me and not my mother and you continue to contact her. Also, we have had difficulty returning an item that doesn't work. No one is capable of sending me a return label for the item so I can send it back. Simple request, but no capable employees!
