I keep hitting the button in case I fall and they keep calling me and asking if I'm all right, I think it's too sensitive. They keep calling me whenever I hit it, so I guess the customer service is right on top of it.

The arm thing is not very comfortable, but other than that it seems to be okay. For the first week I had it I kept getting fall alerts and then I talked to someone and got it straightened out.

Everybody has been really helpful and try to do everything they can to promote their product. Some places the mobile signal is not that great, so you may have to move it around the house to get signal.

I've been wearing the button that hangs around your neck and since I've been wearing it I have had two false alarms so I don't wear the button anymore, I keep it close to me but not on me. If I have too many false alarms, the fire department will start charging me. I have had full cooperation on the phone call I made to the office.

When my mother fell, it triggered an alarm and then when she first got it, just bending over it triggered the alarm, so I'm not quite sure this unit is really working as we want it to work. The salesman was really good but when I called the technical service, that wasn't so good. I'm not so sure it's the right product for us because it didn't work when we wanted it to work.

I have both devices and I accidentally shut it off and the book said that if I push the button and hold it for five seconds I could reset it and it doesn't seem to work.

There have been false alarms and they don't seem interested in helping prevent them from happening. When the false alarms happen, it says to press the button to cancel the emergency which doesn't work. You can't cancel it and you have to speak to somebody.

my wife has not had to use the device but i think it is very over priced for what it is. the frist time i talked to someone about this product they gave me a much lower price because we have purchased one for my wife's mother but when i called back to buy this one they would not give me the discount, this is why i gave the low rating
