We had much trouble with the fall detection giving false alarms and eventually deactivated it. The company was very helpful, but the actual fall detection pendant needs to be improved. Other than that we are very satisfied

my wife has not had to use the device but i think it is very over priced for what it is. the frist time i talked to someone about this product they gave me a much lower price because we have purchased one for my wife's mother but when i called back to buy this one they would not give me the discount, this is why i gave the low rating

Can't use the fall pendant because it is too sensitive and goes off with every move. The GPS should be incorporated into the regular neck pendant instead of being a separate devise. It is hard to remember the devise when going outside.

If you are wanting an all in one system, where you only have to have 1 piece of equipment, we do have our new all in one smart watch, , however the Smart Watch does not have fall detection, you would have to press your button would you need help. I've only had to contact the call center one time that was per accident when I was checking the battery and activated it. The medical alert device seems pretty sturdy.

There's too many times where the battery runs low. It says it's supposed to go for 2 days but it mainly goes 15 hours. But, there have been a few times where I have accidentally activated it and they were right on top of it immediately.

The only complaint that I have is how it randomly goes off when I'm not even touching it. It will go off in the middle of the night and MobileHelp will call your phone to make sure everything is ok.
