There's too many times where the battery runs low. It says it's supposed to go for 2 days but it mainly goes 15 hours. But, there have been a few times where I have accidentally activated it and they were right on top of it immediately.

Anytime I have called them they have been very supportive and very patient with me. If the fall protection goes off I have trouble canceling it, so they call me on the phone and they're very nice and they help me cancel it.

The only complaint that I have is how it randomly goes off when I'm not even touching it. It will go off in the middle of the night and MobileHelp will call your phone to make sure everything is ok.

So far, I am not satisfied. I have not had it that long and it seems to be going off and I'm not even pressing the buttons or anything. I'm just moving in bed and it goes off saying they had a call that a fall has been detected. The customer support is fine because they respond right away.

The call button is very sensitive. Sometimes all it takes is for me to sit down to set it off. They called a relative of ours who lives very far away telling them we might've fallen when the reason why we didn't respond was because of our hearing.

I haven't heard a word from customer service for them to check on me for any reason. The thing alerted several times a day even if I never touched it, but now it's operating okay. But, from the time that the alarm goes off to the time they call can be as much as 5-10 minutes. That's too long for them to try to contact me. If I was having a heart attack, they wouldn't be worth a damn.
