It was given to me as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. It's a little long. I'm kind of short person and it hangs a little longer than is comfortable, but otherwise I can't get it over my head, so it's the way I wear it. I wear it, but I haven't needed to use it for help. As far as I know, it works fine.

I was told that if my father had an emergency, he would be able to talk to someone with the object they had for around the neck, and that was not true. I was misinformed about the device, and that is upsetting. He would have to have another device with him that he can't remember to take with him.

I have had it only a month and hard to rate. The fall button is very senitive. It has gone off many times and not because of a fall. If it touches my clothing or body just right it goes off. I'm wondering if I made the right choice to get the extra protection.

We had a lot if trouble with the fall detector which never worked but we did not get a refund when we exchanged it fir a regular button after less than three months of constant disruption at all hours.

They have always been helpful. But I really do not like the fall detect button. It is way too sensitive; therefore, very inconvenient. Also, the rubber bracelet band made two burn marks on my wrist.

The customer service is NOT as friendly or compassionate as the previous company had I a device through. The batteries are always dying. The whole having to mail devices back and fourth is a pain. One I had to return because it just didn't work at all. The main mobile charging device. There ar definite better/higher quality companies for this out there.

I did research online of two or three different companies. After reading information about them I settled on MobileHelp. This was for my elderly parents, and neither one of them ended up using it, so I returned it within a week. They were very responsive and very considerate of this challenge, and then very easily allowed me to return the product.

I got it in case of concussions if I fall. I like the concept, but I'm not happy with the company. I'm a little discouraged for having to purchase another piece, and I have to wait a month in order to get it. I had to replace it because they got wet. I don't feel as though I should have to replace that, that should be covered. I had it less than two weeks when they got wet. I can't see spending fifty dollars for another part, and I would have to buy a service in order to get it cheaper. I already had recommended them, but I'm sorry I did; I won't do it again.
