I've been having a lot of surgeries and I live alone. I have been kind of out of it, so I needed something so that I could contact help. It just happened to be the one available right then, and I saw some advertisements, so I decided to go with that. I would hope that they are available and help when I need it. I like the idea that they have a lock box so that the police or other responders can get in to my house by just opening the door; that's a good thing. I set the lock box up between my doors, but they never contacted me to ask where it is.

As silly as I feel wearing it, I have the little necklace thing on me all the time. I had an artificial hip put in, so I never know when I'm going to fall and need the button. When I've needed it, it has worked well.

The service was recommended by a friend, so I got it. I was told that it works everywhere and then someone else told me it only works in my home. I really don't know what to believe at this point. It also has a lot of false alarms and goes off without any reason.

There were various things that convinced me to get it and, out of all the services I looked at, it appeared to be the best one. I haven't had to use it yet. I mean, I've accidentally hit the fall button and activated it, but that has been it. It is a very sensitive button.

I got it because it can follow you around wherever you go. You can just take the smaller device and bring it with you. I got it not too long ago, so really don't have that much experience with it.
